Depending on how large the file you are attempting to download is, it may take longer than usual to initiate the download. This can happen if you are attempting to download an entire year's worth of plans in a single file. We recommend adjusting the dates to a smaller range and attempting to print again.
Can't Open Downloaded File:
If you are receiving a file other than a PDF ("CreatePDF" for example), you may need to refresh your account. We recommend just signing out (by clicking your display name in the upper-right corner of the screen and selecting "Sign Out") and then signing back in to solve the issue. Print to PDF Unavailable:
This may be caused by images in your plans. We recommend excluding images by opening the print menu and then clicking the "Items" field to deselect "Embedded Images". If you are still encountering issues, please contact us at email@example.com.
