File Names

You can name each file you upload to Planbook Resources, and rename them at any time. A file name change will automatically be reflected in all locations where the file is attached to a lesson, unit, event or classwork.

File Folders

To simplify storage and retrieval, files can be grouped into folders on your Resources page. New folders can be added, and files can be moved between folders at any time, and the changes will automatically be reflected in all locations where the file is attached to a lesson, unit, event or classwork.

File Management

You can upload and remove multiple files in a single request. There is currently no limit to the number of files and the overall storage allocated to each Planbook user. There is however, a 500Mb size limit on individual files.
