To print (send) a To Do list:
- From the Planbook Bar, select Notes & To Do.
- Click the Send To icon in the top-right menu.
- Select where to Send your To Do list:
- PDF Document - To Do list will be saved in PDF file
- Microsoft Word - To Do list will be saved as a Word Document
- Google Calendar - To Do list will be exported to a Google Calendar.
- Google Doc - To Do list will be saved as a Google Doc.
- Select the To Do option for the Layout.
- Select the Items to include in the To Do list:
- Done - Include items that are marked as complete.
- Not Done - Include items that are not marked as complete.
- Low - Include items set as low priority.
- Medium - Include items set as medium priority.
- High - Include items set as high priority.
- Enter a Date Range for the To Do list.
- Click the Send icon to send your To Do list.
