You can apply a lesson layout to a school year. The layout will then serve as the default layout for all classes in the school year that do not have a specific lesson layout applied. To apply a lesson layout to a school year:
- From the Planbook Bar, select School Years.
- Hover on the current school year, and click the Edit button.
- Click the Lesson Layout option, and select your layout.
- Click the Save (checkmark) icon in top-right menu to save your changes.
Note that no lesson information will be lost as a result of applying a new lesson layout to a school year. However, if you have lesson information saved in one or more lesson sections that are NOT included in the new layout selected for the school year, you will no longer be able to view or edit this information.
