The “Student View” allows students, parents, or other teachers to view (but not edit) your plans.
If individual accounts for the students have been created on the "Students" page of your plans, please read the "Accessing the Student View" option.
First, you’ll want to set up a “Student Key” if you have not already. This can be done on the “Sharing Options” page of your plans under the "View - Students" heading.
The “Student Key” is basically just a simple password that you will create (it can be anything) and then share with anyone you wish to allow to access your plans.
To adjust the information visible through the "Student View", adjust the drop-down menus under the "View - Students' heading and then save the changes.
Accessing the Student View: To access the student view, just go to Planbook.com and click the "Login or Register" button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Enter the email address of the teacher you wish to view and the “Student Key” that has been provided, then click the “Sign In” button. This will bring you to a read-only version of the teacher’s planbook.
Adding Additional Views - Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the "Sharing Options" page to select "Add View Profile". This will allow you to create an additional student view with unique settings in addition to your existing views.
