Saving/Printing/Sending/Download Lessons

1. Click the printer icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. You’ll see this:


2. Adjust the "Send To" field to save your plans to a PDF Document, a Microsoft Word Document, or export those plans to your Google Docs account. 

3. Select the information you wish to save. The print "View” determines how the downloaded plans will display. The "Items” determine the elements of your plans will be included on the downloaded/printed coument. The print “Range” determines the dates that are saved/printed.

Week - The week format of your plans.

Day - The day format of your plans.

Class (List) - All plans in a single class for the dates you've selected.

Class (Month) - All plans in a single class for the dates you've selected in the month format.

Events (List) - All events for the dates you've selected.

Events (Month) - All events for the dates you've selected in the month format.

Notes - Print your Notes added using the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of the plans view.

To Do - Print the To Do items you have added using the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of the plans view.

Comments - Print comments left by students or admins/teachers. 

4. Click the printer icon button to download a PDF document of your plans to your computer. You can then print and email this file, or save to a flash drive/cd/dvd as needed.
