Refresh Browser

It may be that not all of our most recent components are fully downloaded to your local browser. To correct this, we recommend the following three steps.

1. Reboot your computer, this will flush out your browser DNS settings.

2. After you open your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Del to clear your browser history.

3. Go to planbook.com, and before you sign in press Ctrl + F5 to refresh your browser memory cache.

4. AFTER you sign in, press Ctrl + F5 one more time.

For Mac users, use Cmd + Shift + R for Chrome, or Cmd + Option + E for Safari, rather than Ctrl + F5, to refresh your browser memory cache.

For Chromebook Users: Hold the search key and the switch window key on Chromebook to replace CTRL+F5
