Add or Remove Teachers


To add or remove educators from the school subscription with an administrator account, simply use the Planbook bar to navigate to the Teachers page.


From there, you can use the plus button in the top right corner to select Invite Teachers. This will allow you to invite teachers or administrators to join the school subscription!


Enter or paste in the teacher's email address you would like to invite and hit the enter button on your keyboard.


Choose the type of invitation you would like to send by clicking on the green "T" next to the teacher's email, and selecting the account type they will need.



Finally, click the check mark to send the invite! Please note that teachers with existing Planbook accounts can also be invited to join the school using these steps. As long as a teacher is invited using the same email address their existing account is under, their existing account will be connected to the school!


To view teachers who have been invited to join the school, use the filter button in the search bar on the top left of the teachers page and select Show Invited.



To disconnect teachers from the school subscription, click on the three dot icon in the top right corner of the teachers page and select Manage.


This will allow you to select the teachers you would like to remove from the school! Once you have checked off the teachers you would like to disconnect, click on the red trash can in the top right corner. Please note that removing the teacher will only remove them from your school list and will not permanently delete their account.


When you are finished removing teachers, you can click done in the top right corner of the screen. This will finish the process of editing your school's staff list!
