The "Notes" feature is a great tool for leaving messages for yourself. To access these, click on the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of your plans.
You'll see a panel open at the left side of the screen. This is where your Notes and To Do list items will display. To increase/decrease the size of the panel, just hover your cursor over the right side of the notes window, and click and drag to adjust the size of the panel.
You should see a "To Do" heading and "Notes" heading here.
Click the + icon to add a new note and enter text in the white text box below the date/class/student bar. Adjust the date/class/student fields to organize your notes.
Click the magnifying glass to sort/search your added notes. Here, you can search your notes by dates/classes/students.
To delete a note, click the trash can icon.
Please note that Notes added to specific dates will only display on those dates in your plans. To view all notes, view the "Classes"
To Do Items -
The To Do List feature allows teachers to keep track of items on their agenda as needed.
To access the Notes/To Do list, click the notepad icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Click the + icon to add a new item to your To Do list and you'll see a text box appear. Set a date for the item by clicking the date above the text box and enter text as needed. The changes will save automatically.
Mark an item's priority by using the "None" button to change the priority of the item to Low/Medium/High/None.
To mark an item complete, just check the box in the upper-left corner above the text box.
Click the refresh icon (the two circular arrows button) to refresh the list of your To Do items and cause them to sort based on priority. If no priority is set, they'll sort based on the order the items were added.
To delete an item, click the trash can icon.
