Planbook
With 2 months left to my school year, I feel the new fee is a bit like robbery. The company is taking advantage of teachers knowing full well there plans are already in the system.
2 votesSorry for this. Moving forward we will only change rates during the summer. If you have any questions please contact us at support@planbook.com.
Thanks,

allow accents to be used again in the class headings.
In the previous version, accents worked by using the alt. key and a three digit number. Now I get something different than what should be there. The accents work in the section where I type my daily plan though.
1 voteAccents are now supported in planbook.com. Please contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions.

Allow 12 or 24 time format
This reduces lesson title: 3A English 1:50pm - 2:30pm ----> 3A English 13:50-14:30. Also allow option to hide am/pm
32 votesYou can now choose either a 12 hour or 24 hour time display for your plans!
To change the time display in your plans, click "User Settings" > "Display Settings" > "Dates & Times", and select your preferred Time Format.

put the standards back
All the standards I selected for the year are now gone! Now I have to go back in and redo the standards for the past months. I am not sure why this happened. I wish there would be a way to retrieve them.
2 votesStandards have been added back in. Please contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions.

Keep class cells the same size
I think that in the week view things could look neater if you had an option for (keep boxes all the same size). To see content you could use individual sliders on the sides of a each box.
277 votesWe have added a new feature to equal size lessons, and you can now specify a specific height for each lesson (such as 100 pixels), or select to have your equal lesson height adjust to fit the largest lesson in the row. To set your lesson display size, click Go To → Display.

Add multiples times to a class on one day
Sometimes due to scheduling, I have to split a class (e.g. math) into two sessions on one day. Unless I am incorrect, I have to create two mathematics classes so I can do this. For example, if I have math from 9:00 - 9:30, then have to stop from 9:30 - 10:00 for PE, and then return to math from 10:00 - 10:30, I have to create two different classes. Under normal circumstances, this is okay - - - except when I need to bump or extend a lesson, in which case I end up getting everything out of order.…
159 votesYou can now add extra class lessons to your schedule! This will allow you to teach a particular class more than once in a single day, or to teach a class on a day when it’s not normally scheduled. To add an extra class lesson to a day, click More → Add Extra Lesson.

Allow drag/drop to different time slot
In elementary events arise that has us changing the times for just that day. If we could drag and drop classes into time slots that would be fantastic, instead of having it written in the header of the class. Allow us to set a template as a default, then tinker from that point.
497 votesWe now support the ability to drag and drop lessons to different dates and/or classes! When you get a chance, please give it a try and let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Put back copy and paste
I used to be able to copy from one day with font, size and color, and paste to a different day. Now it will paste the info, but you have to go back and redo the font, size and color.
55 votesWe have added back the ability to copy/paste with formatting. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com

Allow public and private events
Have two Event options, Public and Private.
"Public Events" would be school plays, assemblies, card markings, etc.
"Private Events" would be teacher meetings, fire drills, etc.
30 votesYou can now make events private in planbook.com! To make an event private, click the “Private Event” checkbox in the event editor. Private events will not show in the student view. Please contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions.

Changing to "day" view automatically opens to the current date
In the old set up, when I changed to "day" view, it automatically moved to view the current day. Now, it automatically changes to the first day of the week. It's only one extra click to change to "today", but if it would do this automatically, it'd be nice.
11 votesChanging to Day view now opens to the current date. Please contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions.

print options
When I am printing information for a class, I would like to be able to check off whether I want homework, notes, etc. like you can for week. Also, when I am in class list view and I go to print it automatically has events checked. I have more than once printed events by accident thinking I was printing class lessons. It would be nice if when in class view and you click print it goes to class with options to print only certain areas. Thanks
2 votesYou can now select the information to include when printing a single class. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com

Cursor focus
From the weekly view, when I click on a class to enter a new lesson plan, the cursor focus should be in the lesson area so that a user can start typing as soon as the window pops up.

When you are list form changing class easier
When I am in list and click on a new class from the class list. I have to re-click on list in order for the new class to load. It would be nice if when you unclick one class and click a new class, it automatically loads that class.
2 votesGood news! We have changed our List view to make it much easier to go from one class to another. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
