  1. Standards taught by grade level

    I am a librarian and I often do the same lesson for each class in a grade level. I have all of my classes set up in Planbook as I often use it as a calendar of sorts, plus if I need to change something for a particular class then this works well.

    When I go to standards reporting, it shows that I taught a standard 4 times. It is counting the four times I taught that standard to each of my 4 fifth grade classes, for example. I'd like a way to see how many times I taught that…

  2. Quick mark lessons as taught

    Is there a way to quickly mark lessons as taught rather than having to individually click on each one. I'm a librarian and I see about 30 classes a week. Each class is entered into Planbook. I often have the same grade level students doing the same thing in their class, so I just copy the lesson over to each class within that grade level. I'd love to be able to quickly mark lessons as taught rather than having to click on each class and mark it as taught... a little tedious to do 31 times.

  3. Print Unit with option to include all detail

    It appears it is no longer possible to print out unit plans. An option that would print a unit plan containing all lessons from a particular unit would be very helpful for long range planning and reporting.

  4. Event banner at top or bottom of plans

    Show All Day events as a banner, that can be placed before or after plans. This will keep classes lined up even if not every day has an event

  5. More options for standards grading

    In grade book, I would like to have standards based grading. Instead of the traditional A,B,C for grades, it would be a 4 point scale. Overall grade would be calculated based on median of recent grades, decaying weights, power law, mode of recent scores, highest, or average of recent scores (these would be options in a drop down box so the teacher could decide)

  7. Integrate with Microsoft OneDrive

    Uploading from onedrive would save much time and energy. Right now I have to download a file from onedrive, save it in my downloads and then upload to planbook. That's ridiculous. I should have the option to upload directly from the cloud.

  8. Add a student submissions option

    Planbook lacks the ability to allow students to submit assignments. Without that, we must use another platform in conjunction with Planbook.

  9. Select color of Google Calendar items

    Example: On my actual Google Calendar I want the color to be purple, but on my Planbook, I want my Google Calendar to be black so it stands out better.

  10. Integrate with Rediker

    Make "Homework" tab in lesson sync with Rediker-PlusPortals. Planbook's lesson plans are better, but 2 parent accounts are hard to manage.

  12. Allow Google Classroom items below plans

    Right now with integration, all the google assignments show up top, which makes it difficult to view classes. If they were put on the bottom, that will help with the ability to see. Also the boxes are too large, they should be smaller.

  13. Student View- assignment completed option

    I was thinking that an option under the student view to include a "done/finished" option for assignments.
    So at a quick glace you can see which students still have outstanding work.

  14. Copy lessons to multiple classes at once

    I have just created lesson banks that I will copy lessons from throughout the year. The lessons will be used for multiple classes. Currently, I can copy the lessons to each of the classes individually. However, it would be much more efficient for me to have the option of selecting multiple classes at the same time in the "Copy To" section.

  15. Allow admin to add comment to lesson

    Allow administrators to be able to open up our actual lesson plan and add a comment directly in the lesson. Make the plans clickable for administrators.

  17. Attach files to individual students

    Sometimes a student will write or draw something that you want to add to their file to discuss at Parent teacher interviews or discuss with another teacher. Or, you receive a hard copy of a report and you would like to add without the having to ask for a digital copy. It would be great if there was a feature under the student profile to take a picture for an attachment in order to do this.

  18. Performance Report - Add a "Please Sign and Return" option

    Add an optional "Please Sign and Return" to be included on performance reports, so that when we send them home to parents, we don't have to stamp them individually.

  19. Option to average quarterly grades

    Develop a way to calculate total GPA for 4 periods/quarters. Our school technically has a 5th "Quarter" to average in Midterm and Final

  20. Notes to remain with class

    It would be nice to have notes follow the class for more than one period.

    Ideally, it would be nice to click on class and keep notes on students as well.
