More options for standards grading
In grade book, I would like to have standards based grading. Instead of the traditional A,B,C for grades, it would be a 4 point scale. Overall grade would be calculated based on median of recent grades, decaying weights, power law, mode of recent scores, highest, or average of recent scores (these would be options in a drop down box so the teacher could decide)

I have asked for something similar. However, I'd like to see the option for any point value for each standard, not just on a 4 point scale. At times we use a 4 point scale, but on some assessments, each standard has more points.

Also would love to have "special achievements" mark, maybe with a custom field to fill(one of the students managed to complete a half marathon and I'd like to have it marked as special achievement, he even bought his own On shoes from https://rununited.com/on-footwear/ to train!). Thanks!

If Planbook had standards-filtered grading, i.e. I could assign grades to the standard rather than the assignment, and be able to output data based on those grades, this would be the perfect app for what I'm looking for.

Left three vote there because that was the very purpose I got onto Planbook for standards-based grading! Other options are expensive, or too complicated. Since we are already inputing standard grades per assignment, do allow us to generate a summative average. If changing alphabetical grades to numerical 4 point scale takes time, perhaps a good interim option is to report the mode — most frequently occurring alphabetical grade for each standard.
