Show thumbnail of image files
Currently only file names show in the list of existing attachment uploads. Often times these files will be reused in another lesson but because you can't see what the image is of the file you end up re-uploading it.l

Scrolling Month View
It would be handy to have the month view show in a continuous fashion so that I could scroll down (or using arrows?) to show prior / next weeks. So, for example, I show April in the month view, but the first week was spring break, so I really want to show the 2nd week of April as the top row, with more rows showing more weeks (extending into May).
So it would be great to either specify the start/end dates for month view (instead of just the month) or allow month view to extend so I can see upcoming…

Allow for custom class order
From the "Classes" page, you could select how you would like to order your classes. Alphabetical, Class Time, or Custom. For Custom, you could have small boxes to the left of the class names in which one could enter their desired order. This would be helpful for people who follow more of a workflow routine rather than a set time schedule.

Allow admin to use teacher view settings
A selection for administrators that would allow them to mirror the same settings as teachers. This would help when doing PD with faculty on how to use Planbook.

Integrate with Dropbox
It would be handy to be able to upload files from dropbox in the web app, similar to how we can add files from google drive. It turns out to be easier at my school to use dropbox for syncing folders than the google drivesync.
thanks!

Auto update templates when school year extended
When we have snow days, we add the day to the end of the school year. I can easily change the school year. However, the templates to do not automatically update - I have to change every class by hand to reflect the added days. ( have 30+ classes!).

Add search option to Student View
The ability for students to see all their courses at once.
It would be even better if Planbook would integrate with our SIS (Senior Sytems).
I am also requesting that students be able to hide sections as needed. For example, a student might only want to see their homework.
Adding a "search" feature for the students would be amazing. Sometimes students want to find a link or activity, but they do not know what day it was on.
An undo button.
The ability to mark as completed (student view) or add to calendar, obviously if student had ability to log…3 votes -
Allow assessments to repeat
I give weekly quizzes in some of my classes and would like to be able to schedule them en masse instead of individually each week. For example, the ability to schedule a quiz every Thursday for a given date range would be extremely helpful. It would also be great if you added a biweekly option.

Print full year of plans
Print yearly calendar for better curriculum mapping. Also when printing horizontal it cuts off the date on the next page and places it on the page prior. Print to one page for one month!

Clear all lesson attachments
Since the list of attachments gets so long, we should have a button to clear or empty the list of attachments.

Option to drop lowest grade
It would be helpful to add a feature to give the teacher the ability to drop the lowest grade for a semester or year. Right now they have to go in manually.

Add Google Calendar items to Student View
Google Calendar items that are incorporated into our plans would be good to have viewable when the students are viewing plans on their devices. Example, a Memory calendar that is updated in iCal, automatically updates a Google Calendar, of which the students will see what their Memory assignment would be when checking Planbook.

Make easy to add many assignments at once
It would be really awesome if the screen to enter assignments was in a Spreadsheet format (see http://web.peoriadesignweb.com/spreadsheet/index.php as an example). Then, a person could enter the Class, Unit, Type, Title, Starts on, Ends on, Total Points, and Lesson text all on in the spreadsheet without all the mouse clicking on buttons, etc. (which is web technology from the 90s). Even better, if a person already had such information in their own spreadsheet, then you could have the capability to copy the data from your own spreadsheet and paste it into the online spreadsheet. This would be so much faster!

Allow Google Calendar items below plans
I wish I could put my lesson plans above the Google Calendars. I love the integration with Google Calendars, but I would like the option to put the plans first, so I can avoid scrolling down.

Copy assigned unit with the lesson
When I copy a lesson within the same class, it should also copy the assigned unit. Otherwise I have to open the copied lesson and assign the unit EVERY time.

Update scores types in Assignments
I would like to be able to edit and add the categories in the assessment and assignments.
Also being able to only show classes with grades in my performance reports. I don't need to see recess 0% and lunch 0%.

More control over Lesson Heights
I would like to set the height of my lesson plans as one height, and the height for my events as a separate height. I hate that on days I have events (no school) that my lessons have this stair step look to them when looking at multiple classes. I would like to set that event space as a specific height and then set the height of my class lessons as different height so it looks more uniform. - Yes, I'm type A and like things to look orderly.
