Lock template to day option
From a template, add the ability to "Lock It" to the day, such that bump/extend do NOT shift other lessons over the template on the locked days.
I have planning at different time each day. I teach title reading and we take the same day off a week for each class to allow for planning. For example, I have Monday off every week for a certain class. For another class, my day off is Tuesday. If enter that as a no class day, that time block doesn't show up in my lesson plans. A sub would look at that and…

View 2/3 days rather than week
For View, I can choose Day, Week, Month, List.
More useful than Month, in my opinion, would be Today & Tomorrow
Or, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow.
This would allow teachers to see the day in context.
So a Monday lesson would be presented with the previous Friday's (without having to flip from one week and the next). Plus I can see tomorrow's plans. The Weekly plan squeezes 5 days (M-F) in to 5 thin columns. This option would have 2 or 3 days nicely spaced out in wider columns on the screen.

Unique letter grade options for each class
We are trying Planbook's grade storage for the first time this school year. We are pleased with the offered features and awesome price. But there are a few things that we are missing from other programs we've used. One thing we've had in other programs is the ability to have different grading scales for different classes. At our school we use the "traditional" A,B,C letter grades for most conventional subjects, like Math. But for things like Art or P.E. we use a somewhat more qualitative system with E for Exceptional, S for Satisfactory, N for Needs improvement. Then on the…

Change color of individual notes
We use our notes to document strategies and communicate with our principal. I organize my classrooms by color for the different sections. I would love to be able to change the color of individual notes so that they match my organization system.

Two parent emails and phone numbers
It is a rare household that only has one email or one phone number anymore. I need to be able to record at least two parent contacts for each: email and phone number. Moreover, if they could be customized and I could add the parent name(s), that would be even better.

Archive student accounts
Because we have such turn around for students and because some students come back into our school, I would like to as an admin archive the student account so if we need to reinstate them I can do that quickly rather than asking support to do it or making them a new account.

Quick Add for events
I would like to be able to go back to the no school days part of the setup stage after I have already clicked out. This way, I wouldn't have to click and set up every event individually.

Hide or Skip a lesson in a unit
Under lesson actions, you should be able to hide (or skip) a lesson. From year to year, sometimes we want to hide or skip a lesson. The lesson bank does not achieve this quickly. I don't want to create a separate place to store them - I want them easily seen with the rest of me lessons within the unit - I just want the option to hide a lesson from a date rather than move the date to something else. Please add a "hide or skip the lesson" option within the lesson actions and also within the lesson unit!!!…

Assign standards to classes and students
It would be great if we could also assign standards to specific classes and students, rather than lessons and units and be able to view these in a class/student overview page. I teach English language support and it would be very useful if I could have an overview page for each class /student which would include standards and brief notes on what they are working on.

Share grade books
Shared Grade Books. We are going to be asked to compare the scores of our entire grade to help with differentiation. For example, being able to view all 2nd grade students' math scores would be awesome!

Copy Text Formatting
I would love to be able to highlight some text, then click on the "format painter" button to quickly copy the formatting of the text (size, font, bold, centre-aligned, etc.) then highlight a second section of text and "paste" that formatting onto existing text. Microsoft Word has a similar feature called "format painter".

Include centers in a lesson
I teach preschool and I have to include centers in my plans along with the standard(s) that apply for each center. Right now, I have my daily schedule set up as separate lessons. It would be great if within a lesson (section/time of the day) I could include the centers that I'm doing along with the standard - almost a lesson within a lesson if that makes sense? As it is, I can list the centers and what is happening but all of the standards are lumped together in the standards tab instead of being with each centers actvity.
