  2. Administrator view

    I don't want parents to see my "standards, notes, and details", but I want my administrator to- without giving him MY password. Is there a way to set up an admin view? Thank you!

  5. Printout Standards

    Is there any way you can set it up so that we can view a set of standards and print it out without having to copy and paste to a spreadsheet of our own?

    I teach 3-4-5-6 Technology and Library. I want a set of standards for each class/section. Copying and pasting to a spreadsheet is taking quite a bit of time. Having a "master list" would be very helpful to refer to as I set up weekly plans.

  6. Split Page Printing

    Split the planning page so that it prints on 2 pages so if you want to put it into a binder, it does so easily. Or Print so it prints easily on one page.

  7. Allow a way to redesignate days on rotation.

    We run a 3-day rotation of block classes: A days, B days, C days.
    On occasion, we have to shuffle the days to accommodate testing or event schedules. It would be nice to be able to reassign what used to be a "C" day as an "A" day and not have it affect the rest of the following days in the year.

    If you click Go To → School Year → Add Term, you can add terms that allow you to adjust your cycle schedule. If you have any questions, please let us know at support@planbook.com

  10. Add month view for ALL classes

    Hello. I think it would be a good idea to have an option to view a whole month, just keeping the top line or two from each class so the title is visible. This would give teachers a quick way to see what is in store for the month to come.

    The month view will now show all classes and events! As with the other views, you can use the View Bar to hide any classes or items you do not want display. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com

  11. Add bump button with negative days

    Sometimes as teachers we need to move lessons back instead of ahead. Having a feature that had negatives (-1, -2 -3) days would be very helpful. It would also help when you add lessons, but dont wish to move things forward.

  14. Add a floating "sticky note" option

    That way I can quickly attach reminders, such as run off more copies or call a parent. These would be reminders that I don't want attached to my lesson plans.

  16. Attach documents to lessons

    I would like to be able to attach documents to the lesson and make it available to students so that they can download pdf, word, power points, jpeg if they are absent.

  18. add templates for blocked classes and unit pans

    I clicked on templates, but nothing came up. I would like to see template options, especially for blocked classes and unit plans instead of daily plans.

  20. add a way to forward plans to a substitute, without having to have the teachers key

    Having the ability to email a day's plan to a substitute would be a nice feature.
