Allow a way to redesignate days on rotation.
We run a 3-day rotation of block classes: A days, B days, C days.
On occasion, we have to shuffle the days to accommodate testing or event schedules. It would be nice to be able to reassign what used to be a "C" day as an "A" day and not have it affect the rest of the following days in the year.

If you click Go To → School Year → Add Term, you can add terms that allow you to adjust your cycle schedule. If you have any questions, please let us know at support@planbook.com

I am also in need of this. We are on a hybrid A/B schedule with every other Wed most of the time but not always. Each A / B schedule rotates independent of each other because it is a different group of kids. So if we miss a Monday which A kids only come on Mon/Thurs and every other Wed. The B group that only comes on Tues/Fri and every other Wed keeps moving forward in the 5 day rotation. I am a special area teacher so each of the 5 days looks different for me. I hope this makes sense. It would be nice to create the schedule and then just assign the days to a calendar day as the year goes. Please and thank you!

This completed task doesn't actually fix or address my issues with scheduling, or that of the original poster, I'd imagine.
First - Every so often we'll have a Day 1 be a Day 4 and then the next Day 4 is a Day 1, for example. I'd like to be able to make this happen within Planbook - last year I resorted to putting a big yellow banner at the top of the days directing students to look at a different day for their homework. Yuck.
Second: We're on a six day rotation, but every calendar Tuesday is a different time schedule, and it's cumbersome to manually change the times of all five classes every Tuesday.

Yes! I have an alternating A/B schedule on Fridays. I have to leave Friday blank because I'm not able rotate my A/B schedule.

I would also like this functionality - e.g. right-click on a day and have the option to change it to a Day 4 instead of a Day 1 and have classes/lessons sort accordingly. I'd also love to have a "library" of alternative schedules for early release days, etc... like "Day 4 Early Release" etc...
