what happened to my plans?

I was just putting in a skeleton schedule for next year and I lost all my plans for this year. HELP!

    I have spent over 8 hours updated all my plans for the rest of the year in one grade level and through February for my other grade level. Everything is gone! Even my lessons from last year. Please help!
