Have an extra view option with the ability to toggle between coming and previous days shown. For instance on Monday, rather than seeing only Sunday through Saturday, have the ability to change the view so that I can see Thursday and Friday of the previous week and Tuesday-Wednesday of the current week. Essentially revolving each day to help remind what was covered the days before and what is coming the next school days, and not having to switch between weeks.

A horizontal line running through the background to show visually how much time is left in the class period and the day. Potentially the line could move from one day to the next in week and month views to highlight the current day as well.

Ability to change the week view to include the previous 2 days and 2 days in the future. (So on a Monday you'd see Thursday and Friday from the week before.)
