I suggest you ...

  1. I would like to see a way for a preschool teacher to use these plans. I only teach 3 days a week.

    Be able to set up plans for 2, 3, or 4 day weeks. The rotating plan does not work because it assumes you are on a 5 day week.
    Make preschool standards available also

    Hi Jackie,

    If you right click on a lesson, select copy, right click on another lesson, and select paste, you can copy all lesson information (including standards). Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com.

  3. I am having difficulty trying to delete my Wed. and Fri. Circle Time that is listed at the bottom of my daily schedule. It keeps coming back

    I tried to delete my Circle time on Wed. and Fri. at the very bottom of my schedule, but it keeps coming back up. PLEASE contact me to tell me HOW to delete it for good. Thanks!!!!

    Hi Jodi,

    What’s happening is you have a template for your Pre K 4 Yr Olds class, which is Circle Time. When you delete a lesson, it will automatically add the template back in. The workaround is to simply put in a space character in the lesson, which will cause it to ignore the template. Hope that helps.   5. Event all yeat

    i need a button to select the wholle school year rather than having to input the start and end dates for things that happen every day. i like to be lazy :) Inputting things like lunch and recess, dismissal, things at the same time every day.

    This may not seem intuitive, but we think of items such as lunch, recess, dismissal, etc. as “classes” rather than “events”. If you create a class for each of these, then these items will be skipped when you have no school days, and you can add specific information on any day if needed (such as when you are having lunch with a group of students). Hope that helps, any questions please let us know!

  6. Color code subjects better

    When printing lesson plans it would be better if the colors stood out more so you could see the different classes easier. Maybe highlighting instead of outlining

  8. add the rest of the standards in Arkansas. You have Fine Arts listed but there are also instrumental and vocal at each grade level 9-12.

    Thanks for including the music standards in Arkasas in the "standards" tab. However, it is really incomplete. Example, please add "instrumental" and "vocal" for 9-12. Otherwise every band and chorus instructor will find nothing. I REALLY want this. PLEASE.
    I know the elementary music teachers are finding this program very useful. I however, am K-12 music and I am struggling with the standards inclusion. Please consider doing this!

  9. Moving the buttons

    It would be more helpful if the left side buttons were moved to the right where you just clicked from the drop down menus. For instance, in the templates, it would be easier if the "Add Template" button was on the right once you clicked to that page from the drop down menu.

  11. Move the "feedback" logo

    Can you move the logo? When working on my iPad, I am unable to edit the last class or template because the feedback logo is in the way -- unless there's another way for me to edit these without clicking on the star/sun at the end of the line.

  19. Page refresh seems to be taking longer

    The current version seems to take longer to update lesson changes and refresh the view. Could this be due to new servers?

    The previous version was very fast, often approaching "native machine" (versus web-based) application speeds.
