Default calendar jump
When setting up holidays for the new year, have calendar default so that if I pick the start date, the end date calendar pops up in the same month.
For example, when I am entering dates right now, the calendar automatically shows June 2018. If I jump ahead and pick the start date of December 24 (for start of Christmas break), when I go to set the end date, it still defaults to June 2018 (which is impossible, and kinda annoying).2 votes -

New sharing link each school year
Have the sharing option renew each year. This way when changing teaching partners you can still keep your lessons private and decide each year who you want to give access to for that year.
2 votesGood news, we’ve added a new method for sharing plans between teachers! You can now enter individual teacher emails, select specific classes or lesson banks, and set view or edit rules for each lesson section. Keep Notes displayed
Hi. I have discovered that Notes simply disappear once their assigned date is past. This is very annoying. Why can't all notes be displayed unless I filter them, rather than the other way around? I want the list of notes to function as prompts, i.e. "sticky notes" that I want to keep at the forefront of my thinking while planning, and I want them to persist until I choose to dismiss them. (Not the same category as To Do tasks which are time framed.) Thanks

Make the days of the week and date bigger so when you print lessons it shows up bigger.
It would be easier to see the days at the top of the page after printing

don't skip two weeks ahead when I click the arrow button to the succeeding week.
Whenever my account gets logged out and I try to click towards the following week, it prompts me to log in. However, after getting logged in, I am brought to the original page where I started. If I clicked the arrow to move forward to the following week, it skips two weeks ahead counting the initial click as a command.

Allow teachers to set the font style and size on the lesson screen during input
I need the default font size to be bigger as I am typing. Ideally, it would be the style and size the display will be. Even wearing my contacts and my readers, the default size 10 Arial is too small. I have to make it bigger every time. I have been using Planbook since 2015, and this is my biggest pet peeve!
2 votesGood news! You can now change your default font size for each lesson section. To learn more: https://planbook.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1877734-how-to-adjust-the-font-for-lessons

Keep full To Do List visible when I view Notes
I have a long list of To-Dos, and when I choose to view my Notes below, they jump up over the To-Do list and cover it so I can't see all of them; instead I have to scroll down the very small To-Do list. I'd like to see my full To-Do list at all times, otherwise I forget what is there.
2 votesTo allow our teachers more flexibility in the creation and management of Notes and To Do items, we have moved these to their own page in Planbook!
And to allow teachers to quickly view upcoming items, we have added a Reminders panel, to show events, classwork, notes and todos that are due in the next 7 days.
To view the Reminders panel, click the "Reminders" icon in the upper right corner of your Plans page.

To Do and Notes should generate a symbol
A symbol at the marked day or class for a to-do list or note.
The idea is that you see that there is a note or to-do, even if the list itself if being clicked away.2 votesTo allow our teachers more flexibility in the creation and management of Notes and To Do items, we have moved these to their own page in Planbook!

Mobile Apps - Add attendance tracker
The new mobile app is excellent and a definite upgrade from the old one. As someone who teaches from an iPad, so I use the mobile app, it's very frustrating to not be able to track attendance within the application itself.
2 votesGood news! Student Attendance Tracking is now available on the Planbook Mobile app! We hope this helps, any questions please let us know.

fix the "email link" option
When I emailed my direct student link to myself, it sent the one with my email address in the link and that did not work for opening the page. When I copied the shorter link directly from the "share" settings page, it worked.
1 voteWe’ve fixed the email link to now send the correct link, although still have issues getting our mail transport to work consistently, will keep you posted on this.

Standards not Printing
printing off my lesson plans for the week and I notice that I can't get my state standards to print. We HAVE to have them on our lesson plans. They show that they are there but do not print out. We have a GAPPS review coming on Wednesday and I NEED those to be on my plans. Thanks!
1 votePrinting standards has been fixed, AND we have added the ability to print ONLY Standard IDs. On the Print Options page, check “Standard IDs Only” to not have the descriptions printed.

Not show the word "event"

Create alternating week schedules
As a elementary teacher, I alternate weeks for SS and Science instruction. It would be much easier if there is a function (similar to checking off which days a class takes place) that will enable me to set up the class every other week. Currently there are just blank spaces in SS during the week I teach Science.
1 voteIf you click the Go To button and select School Year, you can change to a 2 week schedule, and then revise your Science and SS classes to alternate the days that you teach them. Any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com
Thanks,
Amy

alter the buttons for YES & NO on the event feature
The first button should represent YES and the second should represent NO, but the NO is below the first button, rather than next to the second. It must have moved with the new format.
