editing template

When I hit the backspace button when editing my template the program logs me out. Very frustrating.

    I cannot edit my template from my computer but I can edit on my phone. However when I edit on my phone it won't transfer to my computer.

    I transferred my templates from last year but I cannot edit them to fit with this year's changes.

    I am trying to edit my templates with no luck. It used to be much easier to do. What are the steps in editing the titles of the templates and the content?
