Allow the section heading font color to be different from the section text font color
I would like each section heading (i.e. standards, activities, assessments) of my daily plans to be in a different font color to distinguish them. However, I would like the actual text in each section to in plain old black. Having the entire section (heading and text) all the same color seems to make it cartoonish.

Easy way to switch to "day" view
Make the day of the week clickable and have it take you to the "daily" view

removed the defaulted sections and open them for use.
The two sections that you have defaulted, please allow the teachers to change their titles and allow them to use the sections as needed.

Make importing faster
I would like it if when I selected a date range from the importing menu, it didn't show me every lesson for that class from the entire year, only the lessons for that specific date range.

Make an App for Android phones and tablets!!!!
I was so excited to see the app for the Iphone! I used it DAILY! I have since switched to android and deeply miss the app! Using it online isn't as friendly on my phone and tablet. I use my phone and tablet during the day for quick reference and edits as well as planning when I am out and about and great ideas pop in! Thank you! Can't wait to keep using planbook on my phone and android tablet!

make the "no class" button more readily available
Instead of having to double click on the class to edit it, the "no class" button should be added to the homepage when you click on the arrow and get the other options such as delete lesson

Rearranging lessons
Rearranging Lessons without having to copy and paste or bump and delete. If there was a way to move lessons to a specific date or trade between dates, that would be really helpful.
3 votesOne of our most highly requested features! You will now have the ability to move a lesson from one day to another, and/or from one class to another. You can move a lesson using the Action drop down menu, or simply use the Move icon to drag the lesson from one day to another.

Option to remove file attachments from view
I love the ability to attach files to lessons, but I would like the option to remove the attachments from view using the "Items" drop-down list. Attachments can really lengthen and clutter the screen. I want them to be available when I need them, but I don't need to have them in view at all times.

connect with google docs so we can upload documents as attachments.
We should be able to attach gdocs to the plans and be able to open them in planbook. It would allow me to focus much of my efforts on differentiation rather than cutting and pasting.
3 votesGoogle+ Integration allows you to view Google Calendar events in your plans, and attach Google Drive documents to your lessons. To view Google Calendar events, click on your display name (upper right corner), select Account, connect to your Google+ account, and select the calendars you’d like to include in your plans. To attach Google Drive documents to your lessons, use the Google Drive Icon in the lesson editor.

Add unit should default to current class
If you are viewing units for one class, have that class as the default class you are adding units to.

Detailed Assignment in Student View
Students should be able to see the Assignment Description in addition to the Assignment Title. Otherwise, absent students can't see the actual work being assigned. I don't want to have to put Page and Problem Numbers in the Assignment Title. I would prefer to use the title as a title.

Color Options
I like the color options available for classes, however I print my plans with black ink only (to save $ on color). It would be helpful if "clear or no color" and/or "light shading" was a color option.

Put the Apply button at the top
I have to scroll down when I am adding a lesson to get to the Apply button. I often forget when I am editing a lesson because I can't see it. Then I have to re-type my changes.

Allow split page printing in Week view for a single class
I love the split page printing, but without page breaks properly aligned it doesn't work.
An alternative would be to allow the split page week view but for one class at a time. This would allow me to put them side by side in a binder and not worry about the page breaks.
Whenever I print just one class, it automatically prints it like a word document not in the nice horizontal week view (like what you see in the program when you are typing it in)3 votesIn the week view, if you use the View button to hide all classes but one, when you print it will only print the one class. iOS App - Switch Apply button
I would love if the apply button on a mobile device was switched from being on the left hand side to the right hand side. I always accidentally hit cancel and then lose the plans. I automatically go to the right and I think that's because Apple has all their buttons on the right and cancel on the left as well.

Have a search feature for previous-year lessons so I can find them quickly to cut and paste into this year.
I would like to easily find previous lessons without having to scroll through each week. A search feature in which I could put key word(s) would be really great!
3 votesIf you click Go To → Search, this will allow you to search through ALL years, and you can then use the action arrow to copy/paste lessons from a prior year to the current one. Hope that helps, any questions just let us know. Thanks!

Print a lesson via Action List
I am a student teacher a a High school in Illinois and LOVE using your website to help me get organized! It has made my life a ton easier! One thing I do wish is that I can select to print a day/ lesson via the drop down box on the period. It would make my life so much easier than it already is!! Just a little suggestion! Thank you!

allow assignments to be sorted by date.
When I view all the assignments for one particular class, there appears to be no order to their display, making it very difficult to look for the most recent assignment.
For one class, I have November, followed by January, followed by october, Sept, Jan, Nov etc

set as 'daily', weekly, or monthly one time!
I prefer to see the Daily view for my substitute and would like to be able to set that preference. Am I missing something? I have to keep clicking on my preferred 'view'. Click it once, set it up, and have the option to move if you want, but set a default.
