Administrators should have the capability of choosing which year to view, just as teachers do.
As an administrator, there are times when I need to refer to plans from previous years. Teachers have this option, but administrators are limited. Administrators are only permitted to view the year the teacher has chosen to make visible. Administrators need full access to viewing any year at any given time.
