  1. Monthly View of Class

    When I look at a month and I want to show the class, the entire month doesn't appear on screen. I have to scroll down, even if I zoom in or out, the days don't change size. Also, printing just the month on one page would be nice as well.

  2. Set event for entire school year

    Instead of having to set the dates for all events, would be helpful to be able to just say repeat weekly, daily, monthly for the whole school year.

  3. Admin report to show missing plans

    Have a report for your school that will show who has missing plans for the day.

    Teachers can now mark when their plans are "Ready" for the week! This adds a green "vertical bar" next to the teacher icon, to allow administrators to quickly see which teachers have completed their plans. Administrators can also mark when a teacher's plans have been "Reviewed/Approved" for the week.

    In addition, Administrators can go to a new "Reporting - Plans" page, to track teacher plan submissions by week or year!

  4. Reordering lessons in the lesson bank

    I would like to be able to alphabetize the lessons in my lesson bank. Or a button that would allow me to rearrange the order in the lesson bank.

    Hello, You now have the option to click and drag lessons into a new order using the arrow near the top left of a lesson. Please test this out, and let us know if you have any questions.

    I really wish that there was spell check when you are typing in your lessons.

    All major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari) now provide spell check capabilities as part of their standard functions! We recommend double-checking your browser settings to ensure Spell check is enabled. Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

  6. Restore login fields to homepage

    I'm a big keyboard shortcut guy. I noticed you changed the Planbook home page so that the login fields are no longer right there on the page. You now have to click a button to get the login box to pop up. I just wanted to put in a request for a change back to the old way and/or providing a way to go directly to the login page from a URL. It's not a big deal, but I go to the Planbook website multiple times a day, and now I have an extra click every time I do so.…

    Sign In has been moved to a stand alone page! You can now link directly to the sign in page, to skip the step of  clicking on a "Login" button each time.

  7. Days keep getting shifted

    This isn't an idea, it's just a report of a glitch I've been getting... the days keep showing up shifted forward one day, and then when I hit the back button or log off and log on again, they're back to where they were. It's very confusing.

  8. Cursor focus

    From the weekly view, when I click on a class to enter a new lesson plan, the cursor focus should be in the lesson area so that a user can start typing as soon as the window pops up.

  10. fix the font when creating a pdf?

    I've noticed that when I print to pdf, the font reverts to a standard one that does not look like Arial. I've also experimented with other fonts and they also do not carry over to the pdf. Is there a way to fix that? It's an aesthetic thing, I know, but it's a small pet peeve! Thanks.

  11. Split Page Printing

    Split the planning page so that it prints on 2 pages so if you want to put it into a binder, it does so easily. Or Print so it prints easily on one page.

  12. Add a tick button to the toolbar

    As one works through a plan, it's good to be able to tick off tasks. The keyboard has got a cross and a question mark of course, but to get a tick you need to copy it in from elsewhere (unless smarter people can put me right and there is an easier way).

    Use the “Insert/Edit Link” button to add a link to your lesson. To open a link, press and hold the Ctrl key, and then click on the link. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@planbook.com

    I am not sure I can subscribe, and I want to, because there is no yellow lock signifying the site is secure.

  15. Printable lesson plans

    Our principal requires us to turn in paper copies of our weekly lesson plans. I would like a way to print the pages with the standards listed.

  16. Please add: ISTE® (International Society for Technology in Education) Technology Learning Standards

    I teach Computer Tech. to Pre-k-6th grade. In addition to the NYS & Common Core Learning Standards, we use the ISTE-NETS standards. Could these be added?

  17. Provide Lesson Action functionality for IPAD users.

    The copy/delete/paste feature isn't supported on the iPAD. It would be insanely useful to be able to copy/paste the "Days" without having to go in section by section and manually adjusting things.

  18. Create recurring lessons

    I teach the same spelling lessons each week and only need to tweek it a bit. I would like a button that says "repeat weekly."

    To create recurring lessons, you can add a template for the class. Click the Go To button, select Templates, and then Add Template. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at support@planbook.com

  20. Speed up refresh when entering plans

    The pop out box takes FOREVER to refresh after entering plan data.
    Can this be done in the background so we can continue to enter data in other classes?
