Create recurring lessons
I teach the same spelling lessons each week and only need to tweek it a bit. I would like a button that says "repeat weekly."

To create recurring lessons, you can add a template for the class. Click the Go To button, select Templates, and then Add Template. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at support@planbook.com

Hi,
I am having the same issue. I have lunch duties on 2 days at two separate times and I cannot seem to figure out how to apply it so it repeats every week without my having to drag it in or copy it.
The same goes for my lunch every day. How do I add it so it repeats daily? -

You can do it by going into each class individually, and editing the Start and End times. Lessons will then appear on the day and time you select. Perfect for my role.

I RUN A GIFTED RESOURCE PROGRAM. I TEACH THE SAME BANK OF LESSONS TO ALL MY STUDENTS AT THE SAME TIMES, BUT ON DIFFERENT DAYS, MUCH LIKE AN ART OR MUSIC TEACHER. HOW DO I AVOID HAVING TO CUT AND PASTE MY LESSON ACROSS THE WEEK, AND ONLY HAVE THE STANDARDS I TEACH, SHOW UP ONCE. I USE THE WEEK, BECAUSE I CAN PUT MY STUDENTS IN EACH CLASS, AND HAVE A VISUAL OF MY SCHEDULE.

You can get it to repeat weekly but you cannot put in the time for it to repeat. I have many lessons that are the same every week at the same time. I can put them in every week but then have to put individual times every week?

One still has to go manually into each week and add the template, though?
