add a way to email a whole year of lesson plans at once
I want to be able to submit all my lesson plans with one button at the end of the year, which is what is required in our district. (I have not found a way to do this if there is.)

If you create an event (More → Add an Event), and set the School Day flag to “No”, this will push the whole day forward as lessons automatically skip no school days. If you have any questions, please let us know at support@planbook.com
Thanks!

Name on lesson plans
The teacher name used to appear on the lesson plans. It still does appear online, but when I print the lesson plans my name does not appear. I have to remember to write my name on the plans so my administrator knows they are from me

Allow single class calendar viewing for students
I enjoyed using planbook.com last year very much - EXCEPT that my students' number one complaint was that it was hard to navigate to find their daily homework.
I teach nine different class sections each quarter this coming year, and I need to be able to provide my student with a clean web portal to see their assignments.
I'll be keeping tabs on planbook.com this year, and will also check out the new iPad app, but I can't use it as my primary planning/assignment sharing tool, unfortunately. Thanks for considering this! I love the html capabilities, the color coding, etc...…

Update the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) for Math
Although the updated TEKS aren't official until the 14-15 school year, we're already having to address them in our lesson plans. I'm so grateful that you all have the standards listed for easy access. Is it possible to include the updated TEKS for Math?
Math TEKS with revisions colored coated are located at

The preview didn't show up, but scroll down to to open the pdf.

allow copying and pasting from one year to another. I have a week of fluency lessons that I taught in Feb of 2012-2013 and I would like to
(continued from above) copy and paste to the Week of Oct 7-11. It is very time consuming to cut and paste in two different windows. I think it would be very beneficial.

make it possible to drag and drop classes around
it would be nice to be able to drag classes around to rearrange them and have the time change according to where in the day you move it
6 votesOne of our most highly requested features! You will now have the ability to move a lesson from one day to another, and/or from one class to another. You can move a lesson using the Action drop down menu, or simply use the Move icon to drag the lesson from one day to another.

Add "Dates Taught" to the Standards Report
If would be awesome to have another column on the Standards Report that lists the dates it was taught.
6 votesStandards Reporting now includes “Dates Taught”, as well as an option to view the specific lessons which contain the standards. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Lock previous years so section names remain.
It would be nice to lock your previous year plans so they can't be altered. My administrator is asking for different information this year. When I change the tabs/section names, it messes with the previous years' tabs/section names too. I want to be able to alter the section names for a new school year to what my administrators want without messing with the hard work I did last year. Every year teachers deal with their admins wanting to see different things on their lessons but you want to be able to look at previous years to see what you did…

Create a standard list for adding IEP Modifications
Like the option to add state standards to our lesson plans, I believe you should create an option to add common IEP modifications. This could work the same was as adding a Content Standard. Typically, our lesson plans require us to add student modifications, so if we could streamline the process, lesson plans could be done quicker. I think the best option would be a standard list that teachers could also edit in case there is a missing modification that we need to include.
6 votesTo add a list of IEP Modifications, click Go To → My List, and add each item. Then, click Go To → Display, enable lesson section 7, and rename it to “IEP” or whatever you’d like. Hope that helps, any questions just let us know. Thanks!

Add a class description
I would like to be able to post a description of the class when setting it up. When printing lesson plans for a sub, I would include the description for the sub.
Example: Math class: students are expected to start class by getting their binders and pull out their homework. The math teacher manual is located at the front of the room in a basket on the podium. It would be nice to be able to include this on any or all math lessons without having to retype it each time.
6 votesWe’ve added a new sharing option “View – Substitutes” to allow you to more easily share information when you will be out of class. As part of this view, you can include “View Notes” to tell your substitute about common procedures for the day and for specific subjects.

Make it so that we can put in the grade and subject of our standards in a template
...but not have to put in the specific strands. Every time I click on a Grade 5 Music class, I would like the Grade 5 Music standards to load in as well. Right now, it just loads up the last grade's standards that you just typed in. I have six different grades and would appreciate not having to adjust these every time. Thanks!

Student View on Android App
Currently you do not have the student view on the Android app. This is a major inconvenience when trying to work with students and parents to communicate with them what work is being done in school. Also the android phones are much cheaper and a majority of my students have those type of phones.
