Make units automatically update
I wish when I entered my units and put the dates in that they would automatically be put into my lesson plans. It seems repetitive to have to put the dates in when I putting my units in and then also have to go to each individual day and add the lesson to the unit.
OR
I know how many days each unit takes. I wish I could enter a start date and then enter how many days the unit will take and it would automatically put it in my plans.

Integrate with Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Since my school uses Microsoft Oulook, my admin send meeting invites and observation appointments through the Outlook calendar. I would like to be able to sync that calendar wtih Planbook.com so I can see my whole schedule for the day in one place instead of having to put each appointment in there manually.

Print My List descriptions independently
While the standards description might not be necessary on the lesson plans, the description for "My List" items might be. It depends how you use that section I suppose. In my case, I'd like to be able to have the descriptions for "My List" items, but not the standards. Also, it would be nice if one could select default options when printing.

Create new unit from lesson editor
It would be nice if when you were making a leson, in the drop down menu to assign a unit, there was an option to "create a new unit." This would make it easy to group sets of lessons that only last for one week.

Attach files to Views (Students, Substitutes, etc)
I would love to be able to upload files to the notes pages. Sometimes there is a particular document that I want students to practice daily but I do not want to write it in my plans daily. Also, if this option was available on the sub notes page I could upload all important documents such as, class lists, fire drill forms, extra handouts etc.

Mobile Apps - Portrait view on tablet
I would love to be able to view my plans in portrait orientation on the iPad app, especially when looking at a single day.

Print without templates
Add a check box under the print options "Templates" just like you have under viewing so that I can print my lessons with or without the templates. I use the templates mostly for details to give a sub. I don't need them printed for myself when I make a hard copy as they are the same every time.

Add "I can" drop down
We now have to add "I can" statements to our lesson plans. Having a drop-down menu with all these things would be a huge time-saver. T hanks!

Allow standard ID only in Student View
Currently when you share your planbook, the only option for standard sharing is the entire standard description. I am required to share my planbook with parents, and I know that some of my lessons have a ton of standards. It would be nice to have the option to just share the standard I.D. as opposed to having to share the entire list of standard descriptions for one lesson.

Remove date column when printing standards
I understand that being able to search for when a standard was done is a great feature, but having it on a printed document is a waste of paper when you just want to see how many times it has been taught. Having the option to remove the column for printing would be wonderful!

Schedule by Periods
I am at jr high, on a block schedule, so I use the a day/b day structure for my classes. However, the time of each period is different on Monday because it is an early release day
I would like to be able to globally change the Monday class times, whether it is an A day or a B day.

Allow smaller box for Non-Teaching class
Elementary teachers like to show time slots such as recess, specials, lunch, and other repeatable items that usually don't require lesson plans or standards. It would be nice to standardize the box sizes separately from classes. Or, they could be a set size. They do not need a lot or room.

Print dates at top of every page
When I print a weekly plan, the second page does not have the dates on the top of the page. I am continually having to write the dates in at the top for each day. It would be nice for it to be a feature "include dates on all pages"

Allow immediate typing in lesson
Right now when I open a particular subject, I have to then click on the text field to start typing. It should default to immediately being able to type in that field.

Automatically number lessons
It would be helpful if each lesson was automatically numbered (like schools days are automatically numbered). I have a 2 week timetable where I might see one class twice per week for two weeks, but another class I might see 3 times in week one and only once in week 2. This means that these classes are out of sinc - I have to manually number each class so that I know where each one is up to.

Display classes by time
When I view or print my schedule for the week, without lesson details, I would LOVE to have it display in relationship to TIME, not all bunched together at the top of the page. This would help my colleagues visualize empty periods in my schedule (I'm a librarian)! When one class is 90 minutes and takes up the same amount space as a 30 minute class, or I have a break of 25 minutes, it is hard to read that across a week.

Show multi day lesson once
When I extend a Lesson It would be great if, visually, it just took up a block rather than repeats everything each day. I am working through a lesson that is intended for three or four days and I'm adjusting it as I go. I just deleted the extended days because I don't want to adjust the lesson three or four times!

Show only standards taught
I would like to see which standards have been taught (and only those standards) without having to select from the drop down at the top. I teach science at the high school level and have to pull standards from 9th 10th 11th and 12th grade. It's all spread out. Also, I have been using a combination of next generation standards and Ohio standards so that I am prepared for an upcoming change. Again, its really hard to see exactly which standards I have taught.
Keep up the good work!
