Have strategies be searchable, like the standards. You can look up which strategies you have used and how often.

Allow Google Calendar items below plans
I wish I could put my lesson plans above the Google Calendars. I love the integration with Google Calendars, but I would like the option to put the plans first, so I can avoid scrolling down.

Clear all lesson attachments
Since the list of attachments gets so long, we should have a button to clear or empty the list of attachments.

Copy - Select multiple lessons
When in the class section and you show all lessons for importing a lesson, it would be great to click on the previous lesson and it automatically select that date as the starting date and then either ctrl click or shift click for the end range.

Unit plans to include lessons, assignments and assessments
When creating unit plans, I would love to be able to add my lessons, assignments and assessments, instead of having to go to a separate section. Maybe by offering a check box to indicate if this portion of the unit plan is a lesson, assignments or assessments.

More control over Lesson Heights
I would like to set the height of my lesson plans as one height, and the height for my events as a separate height. I hate that on days I have events (no school) that my lessons have this stair step look to them when looking at multiple classes. I would like to set that event space as a specific height and then set the height of my class lessons as different height so it looks more uniform. - Yes, I'm type A and like things to look orderly.

Add search option to Student View
The ability for students to see all their courses at once.
It would be even better if Planbook would integrate with our SIS (Senior Sytems).
I am also requesting that students be able to hide sections as needed. For example, a student might only want to see their homework.
Adding a "search" feature for the students would be amazing. Sometimes students want to find a link or activity, but they do not know what day it was on.
An undo button.
The ability to mark as completed (student view) or add to calendar, obviously if student had ability to log…3 votes -
Allow admin to use teacher view settings
A selection for administrators that would allow them to mirror the same settings as teachers. This would help when doing PD with faculty on how to use Planbook.

Make easy to add many assignments at once
It would be really awesome if the screen to enter assignments was in a Spreadsheet format (see http://web.peoriadesignweb.com/spreadsheet/index.php as an example). Then, a person could enter the Class, Unit, Type, Title, Starts on, Ends on, Total Points, and Lesson text all on in the spreadsheet without all the mouse clicking on buttons, etc. (which is web technology from the 90s). Even better, if a person already had such information in their own spreadsheet, then you could have the capability to copy the data from your own spreadsheet and paste it into the online spreadsheet. This would be so much faster!

Add Google Calendar items to Student View
Google Calendar items that are incorporated into our plans would be good to have viewable when the students are viewing plans on their devices. Example, a Memory calendar that is updated in iCal, automatically updates a Google Calendar, of which the students will see what their Memory assignment would be when checking Planbook.

Add students to certain periods only
I love planbook but it's not completely geared towards secondary. I teach high school and we have many periods. I love the feature where you can add students and grades but you can't add certain students to certain class periods. You can only add them to a class only. I would like to keep all my students separated by periods, not all 160 together. It's not practical when entering grades. It's not practical to add a different class for each period if it's the same prep. I want to do one lesson plan but have different periods for that one…

Option to drop lowest grade
It would be helpful to add a feature to give the teacher the ability to drop the lowest grade for a semester or year. Right now they have to go in manually.

Download all lesson attachments
At the end of the year I want to download all the attachments to lessons. It would be so much work to go through and individually download them all. Please help out with this?

Separate grade categories within a class
I teach two languages and I have to report separately on speaking, listening, reading and writing. It would be nice to be able to create one class (English for example) and have separate sections of marks for each category as opposed to creating different classes for each category.
*Math also has several strands that must be reported on separately.2 votes -
Improve google drive picker
When I pull up drive to attach files, the organization of my files is different then it is on google drive. I see folders that should be inside other folders. It would be easier to find the files I want if the folders came up like they do in google drive. Instead I see every folder on the first screen even if it is actually inside another folder.

Create a portal for teacher info
When students go to the teacher website it would be nice to show students about my profile, general downloads (like forms, school information) that are related for most classes and all students. Other websites for teachers offer a portal, but Planbook lacks that. A picture of the teacher, etc. I wish students could reach to the portal first and then to the calendar.

Copy - Select multiple days or weeks
My weeks don't change much throughout the year. I teach a unit for 6 weeks, but throughout those weeks a lot of the same information is present in my plans. If I could copy an entire week and then go through and edit the changes for the week I wouldn't have to recreate every lesson every week. This would be much the same as I would do with Word; just open up the old document, make changes, then Save As a new date.
