I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add "School Day Counter" to "by Day" PDF's.

    The School Day Counter field does not print in the PDF printouts which select the "Day" option, only the "Week" option. It would be very nice to see the counter on the "Day" print option PDF printouts. Thanks!

    You can now remove old school years (planbooks) from your account. Click Go To → School Years, use Switch Year to go to the appropriate year, and then use Delete Year to remove the year. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

  4. Not hide lessons when trying to edit a class lessons.

    Why is there an option to hide your lesson when you are trying to edit lessons for a particular class. I need to scroll back to the top to see all of my lessons for each date to check the (-).It is annoying because I just want to be able to see all my lessons for that particular class. I kept forgetting which date I was at and so I would click on the (+) so I could try and figure out which date I filled in last. It should automatically show all the lessons.

    The List View now defaults to showing all lesson content. You may need to refresh (Ctrl+F5) to force the latest changes to your browser. Hope that helps, any questions just let us know. Thanks!

  5. Allow pictures to be attached from our own files.

    I know you can attach pictures from the web but I wish you could see pictures from my own files on my lessons, (without opening the attachment).

    To embed pictures from your own files, use the paper clip icon in the lesson editor to upload the file to your planbook.com account, you will then be asked if you want to “attach” or “embed” the image in your lesson. Hope that helps, any questions just let us know. Thanks!

  6. Assignments

    I like the new units and the assignments tab. Is there a way to link the assignments entered on the unit page with a particular lesson? I was hoping to dump all lessons in the unit page and then pull them in to each of the appropriate lessons.

    We do not have a specific link between an assignment and a lesson, but when you enter a date (or date range) for an assignment, it will show as part of your lesson on that date in the week view. Hope that helps, any questions just let us know. Thanks!

  8. I like the "My list" you added, but could you add a check box when it has been completed instead of deleting it?

  9. make unit view larger

    It would be great if there was a way to make the Unit view window larger. I have started adding units but the view window only shows 4 classes and then I have to scroll. I have a total of 8 classes so would like to see them all at one time.

  13. Go back to all units for lessons

    From the Lessons in each unit, have a back to all Units button so I stop trying to use the back arrow and have to retype my password.

  16. Ability to move the dates not only at the top but in between lessons

    The only way to move the calendar, let's say in week view, is by clicking on the top with an arrow, but when I have many lessons down and I need to move to another week, I have to go all the way to the top and click the arrow again. There should be an option to move the dates in between lessons (duplicate the icons and arrows that move the date) always beneath a lesson, to avoid going up again and then down again!! Thanks

  17. print from the site.

    As it stands, I have to save the plans to PDF first, and then print them. It would be nice to have the option to print the PDF directly from your site.

    No need to save the PDF file locally, simply open and select print

  18. iOS App - allow adding a term

    I added a term from the iPad app and was trying to set the days, but I can only scroll to the first two days of the cycle and I need to go further down!
