  3. Custom Schedule

    Hello, I love planbook.com! I have a five day rotation A-E and would love to be able schedule this. I meet with each class on three different letter days in the 5 day rotation. For example my first period meets ACE days. Maybe this is already possible with the program?

  4. Add the ability to format a header

    I need to put my essential questions and Enduring Understandings at the top of my weekly plans. The ability to modify the header would be very helpful.

  5. Help!!!!!!!!

    I can't work with my lesson plans because every time I move the cursor to click "Apply", the entire window moves around on me. I cannot save anything because the lesson plan I have tried to write up moves with each movement of the mouse. Please help.

  8. allow option of copying lessons to another class

    I'd like to add to the feedback on copying lesson to another class. I would also like to be able to choose which options to copy. Sometimes the homework is different from class to class or I may have different notes based on student needs withing the class.

  9. Multiple Share Links

    The school I work at requires separation of class lesson plans so in order to do this I had to create 2 "Years" one for the Geography class I teach and the other American Government. The issue I am running into is that the link is NOT reliable! Sometimes it sends the viewer to my Geography plan book and sometimes to the American Government one. I would LOVE a way to have both classes in the same "Plan book year" and then have links that separate the classes. You have the view capabilities in MY plan book online but but…

  10. I would like to see a section added for "Learning Objectives".

    Our district requires us to write Learning Objectives for each Lesson and it would be nice to have a separate tab for that--maybe allowing a different font color.
    Assessment is another possible tab.

  11. Question

    I just registered with planbook last week on Friday, and my coworker registered today (Wednesday). His is different than mine and I'm not sure why. His standards, homework, and notes do not show up when he is editing the lesson. Why not? Is this a new change?

  12. make links more easily clickable.

    I love leaving my planbook open all day and using hyperlinks I've created to link to specific resources, such as smartboard lessons. The problem I run into EVERY TIME is that the lesson plan boxes open to edit the lesson regardless of where I click. The links are thus ineffective because of the already existing command to open the lesson editor. I would love if only a certain part of the lesson plan could be clicked to open the lesson editor, so that I can easily use this function.

  13. Ability to change events for one day

    I have my morning and afternoon duties as daily events. These change when we have early release days. Would be great if we could make a change for just one day for the hours.

  14. I need a way to rotate through options

    Students have specials at the same time each day. The first week is is PE, the second week is Art, the third week is PE, and the fourth is Music. Right now, I have all 4 listed in a template, and I just circle the one for the week. Is there any way to have those 4 choices automatically rotate?

    To create a four week rotation, you can set up your schedule as a cycle of 20 days (Go To → School Year). Hope that helps, any questions just let us know!

  15. less issues

    I am constantly having issues with the loading feature. I lose data or have to wait an eternity for it to load it it loads at all. Many times I have to close out then restart the program twice to get it to work. Please work on this issue or I will not renew for next year. Also, issues with the bump feature. Would prefer it would have option to bump to next day, but keep what I already had there, there.

  18. hide standards when I print

    When I print out my lesson plans it is very cluttered with words. I would like a way to hide the standards so that when I print out my lessons all I see are what I am actually teaching. This will make it less words to sort through.

  19. When I attach a file to a lesson the link works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. If I copy that lesson the link will only work on some.

  20. Create a Title portion for each lesson.

    I think it would be cool to have a title category for each lesson and then an option to print a weekly outline. For example I could name by Math Lesson: Lesson 8 Counting 1-100 by 10's. I would then describe the lesson in the regular portion of planbook. The purpose of this would be to print an outline of only the lesson titles to share with fellow teachers, parents, or students to let them see what you were working on during a week or month without giving them 10 pages of lesson plans.
