Formating Frustration
I work almost exclusively with Google on my Macbook Pro. I SOOO LOVE Planbook! But why why why can't I copy and paste and maintain formatting from one class to another? It is so very frustrating when I click on "apply" and then have to go back and readjust the formatting! Can Planbook PLEASE fix this glitch?
2 votesIf you are using the Action Arrow (upper right corner of each lesson), your formatting should remain as you copy/paste between lessons. If this is not the case, please contact us at support@planbook.com.

Comments for teachers
Comments by administrators should pop up on teachers' "plan" screens to provide an alert, and allow for an immediate response; rather than rely on teachers to navigate to the "go-to" funtion in order to access the "comments" section.

Allow the school day to be structured
Allow setting of lesson times at the beginning of the school year so classes can be slotted into period 1, period 2 (rather than inputting the time for each lesson for each class)
2 votesIf you click Go To → Classes, you can enter start and end times for each day of the week, such that you do not need to enter these for each individual lesson. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Auto Fill Import Classes
I do not want to put teacher's email and key every time. If I start typing, I want it to suggest the rest. Is this auto-complete?
2 votesWhen importing, teacher emails and keys can now be saved. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Add a drop down in the import menu of teachers you have previously shared with.
The same few teachers will be constantly sharing together. It is time consuming to type an entire email address. There should be a drop down menu of users you have recently shared with or a place to input people you would like to add so that you only need to click on their name.

standards search tool
I use the search tool of standards and when I attempt to search by keywords, it doesn't come back with anything and I don't know how to clear and then just search all. And then when I try to just go back and view all standards, the standards bar no longer does anything for me by showing any standards at all until I go to a new menu item and then go back. This glitch is highly annoying.
2 votesWe’ve add an “All” button to handle the situation where a search does not return any standards. Hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

show the color being used for lessons by highlighting them with a frame of some sort.
When I look to change a color on one of my lessons and all of the colors come up, it is difficult to tell which color is being used by just looking at them all. If I could see a little frame highlighting the color that is already chosen, that would be very helpful. Please and thank you.

Google+ Integration allows you to view Google Calendar events in your plans, and attach Google Drive documents to your lessons. To view Google Calendar events, click on your display name (upper right corner), select Account, connect to your Google+ account, and select the calendars you’d like to include in your plans. To attach Google Drive documents to your lessons, use the Google Drive Icon in the lesson editor.

Changing the title of an uploded page.
The title of a document I have on my hard drive MAY NOT be the title I want to use for my students. For example, "CH 3 brief notes -2012" might actually need to say "D-10 Ch 3 notes" to reflect my current notebook or what my kids are looking for. It is all a matter of speed and the fact that I must go back and find the document and change its ACTUAL title instead of the title that is posted online.

iOS App - Refresh Option in Student View
It'd be nice if the in the App, in Student View, there was a refresh button to refresh the plans. That way students aren't having to log in and out all of the time to get the updated plans. There is a refresh button in Teacher View, but not in Student View.

add the "no class" feature to the drop down quick menu, not just the lesson box.
Love the "no class" feature! But it would be great if I could also do this on the drop down menu, not have to open each lesson block to click "no class."

Allow Lesson Headings/Titles to also have their own font/format
You have various formats and colours for much of the information which is excellent, and the word LESSON is in bold, so to distinguish it, I would also like to be able to select a font/colour/format for the actual lesson title.

photos into lesson plans
If a lesson calls for a visual, we were able last year to post a photo to give the students a visual. It was great to click on the photo and show students what the finished product could look like. When using Apple TV this is hitting it out of the ballpark.
My plans are on the desktop so I can click on them at anytime.
Either as an attachment JPEG or PDF could work also.2 votes
