  1. More options for templates

    My school is on a 6 day rotation for specials. I want to have specials as a class period so I can plan out what I need to do during this time. I would like to be able to schedule out Art on days 1 and 4, PE on days 2 and 5, and Music on 3 and 6. In addition, I would like to be able to schedule in library once every 2 weeks on a Wednesday. i know our schedule is weird but being able to have more options when creating templates would be great!

  2. Delete a lesson without bumping subsequent lessons backward

    When I right-click and select "delete," the lesson is deleted and all following lessons are bumped backward by one day, so the lesson I just deleted is now filled with the lesson that was supposed to be the following day. I don't want this. When I delete a lesson, I just want it blank. I want it to be the same as if I clicked on the lesson, highlighted the text, deleted it, and clicked "Apply."

  3. Add the Scottish Curriculum (Experiences and Outcomes)

    We recently asked ForAllRubics to add the Scottish standards which are like the Common Core but in real English.. 8-) They did it that day. Used an excel spreadsheet. Any chance of you doing the same? Currently I had to cut and paste the English/Literacy ones into the last field. Any chance? I've been telling teachers over here about planbook and many have checked you out. Adding the Scottish Curriculum will encourage many more to actually sign up for the year etc. Thanks

  4. Add the rest of the Visual Fine Arts Standards for Arkansas

  5. Allow others to filter what they see displayed on my plans.

    I have a variety of different groups (students, parents, colleagues, administrators, etc.) viewing my plans. My plans get very long once I add my plans, targets, vocab, websites, and standards. I would like them to be able to select the parts they want to view and minimize/hide the others.

  6. Map Out My Own Academic Calendar with school day tracker and weekend class options

    What I want: to map out our academic school year. Example: School starts on Tues. Aug 6th. And I know I need 180 school days with the normal Mon-Fri week; so, when will my school year end? and then I get to plug in holidays, vacation days, etc. and as I plug those in the last day of school adjusts appropriately. and I can see it month to month like a normal calendar view.... BUT without having to mark each school day manually.

    Just....thank you. This is affordable and exactly what I have been looking for. School hasn't started and it's already lifted a 2 ton weight from my shoulders. My family and students don't know it yet, but you've just made their lives easier too.

  8. Integrate Framework Standards for Catholic HS Education

    All Catholic High Schools in the U.S. use the USCCB Framework as standards for the four years of Religion that students take. As I am a HS Religion Teacher, I'd like to see these standards in the list as these are what correlate to my lessons.

  9. View just the standard IDs on screen

    I know I can print my plans with just the standard IDs, but I would love to be able to have the ability to just see the IDs on my computer screen in my plans. The standard descriptions end up overwhelming my actual plans.

    If you click the Items drop down, you can uncheck Standard Descriptions and this will hide the descriptions in your week view. Do not hesitate to contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions.

  10. Make the days of the week moveable to allow for schools like mine that start the week on a Sunday and have a Friday and Saturday weekend.

    Being able to change the starting day of the week would allow schools in the Middle East,such as mine in Saudi Arabia, to access this online planner, which otherwise appears to be excellent.

  11. Snowdays don't change day of rotation

    So at my school when we have a snowday we cancel that whole day and we don't change the rotation. So if the snowday was a day 1, the next day we had school it would be a day 2. As if the day 1 never existed. The same goes for "special" days when there are events, etc. I don't see a way to make that happen here, and it would be super beneficial.

  13. Delete template warning

    Hi, i LOVE Planbook and have a request. When editing one of my templates, I accidentally clicked on delete and lost that portion. A nice feature would be a popup that asks 'Are You Sure You Want To Delete This?' That would have helped me with catching my mistake before it was too late. Thank you for considering this suggestion.   14. schedule option

    I would suggest options for A-E day schedules. If there is a snow day or an event then it would be beneficial for the day off automatically goes to the next day or have a button to click for that option. For example, when a day is missed in the A-E day cycle the next day would be the day missed. Ex. Snow day on a D day then the day returning to school would reflect a D day.

  15. bump an entire day

    If there is a snow day or other event that causes us to change our schedule, I have to bump each of my 7 classes (parts of classes) separately. Quickly bumping all classes at once would be convenient.

  16. Update Ohio state standards for World Languages

    The Ohio Dept of Education updated the OH state standards for World Languages in 2012. The standards you have listed in Planbook for Ohio Foreign Languages are from 2003. Could you update the state standards listed here? The current standards are listed here: http://education.ohio.gov/getattachment/Topics/Academic-Content-Standards/Foreign-Language/Ohio-s-New-Learning-Standards-K-12-World-Language-Programs.pdf.aspx

  17. Allow for insertion of images

    It would be awesome if you could make it so that we would be able to insert images into the actual boxes, for example--an art project and we could insert an actual picture of that project. Then have it show up IN our plans, rather than as an attachment.

    Please work on allowing you to attach any document to lesson plan. I see it doesn't seem to work with the newer pages or keynote.

  19. Common Core for Pre-K

    I would absolutely love to have common core standards available for Pre-k. It's so hard to h ave to keep going back and forth between networks to plan my lessons.
