Schedule a class multiple times per day
Whilst you can now add extra class lessons to your schedule and this works well for one off changes - I need this to be a regularly scheduled. I do not want to do this every day for every class where I have doubles.
I would like to be able to go into class details and set multiple times for each of my classes as part of the set timetable.
If you have class that needs to be divided into two or more time blocks in a single day, you no longer need to add individual “Extra Lessons” for each occurance. Rather, you can now add extra days and times for a class in your Class schedule. As before, you can select a date range for any class schedule changes, so they do not have to be for a full school year.

I'm happy that I can add extra times for a class in one day. However, when I go to link the lesson from one class to another, it does not give me an option for linking. For example, I teach section A twice and section B once on Tuesdays. I would like to link the lesson or copy the lesson from section B to the second time period for section A. It automatically links it to the first time period for section A. :(

Rod, thanks for adding this, but WHEre is the "how to" on this. Not easy to get around the tutorials to find it.

So encouraged that you're now looking at this. Can't make a year work by adding extra lessons one day at a time

I forgot this is why I stopped using PlanBook in the first place. I have two classed that I see twice in one day. Not ideal but it's how it worked out. Having the ability to not treat them as two separate classes would be great as lesson plans build on each other!!!!! PLEASE ADD. It's doesn't seem like it would be that difficult and obviously a much needed update.

Functionality to allow two periods with same class in one day is the only problem I have with Planbook. This issue involves 8 out of the 10 days in our cycle

I see one class twice in a day. I would like to be able to add this for (bump/extend features to work). I need this issue to be fixed ASAP

I need this feature too as a regular occurrence. I have the same class on more than one occasion a day. I can add it as a separate class but then the bump facility doesn't work because it sees it as a completely different class.Urgently needed for me too. Thank you for considering this.

I have an 82 minute class, where after 40 minutes the kids go to lunch, then come back to my class for the remaining 42 minutes. It would be nice to be able to build that in to the class schedule, rather than having to create two separate classes just for the one period.

Any ideas when this is going to happen?
I really don't want to have to add it in every week. -

Will rejoin when this change has been made...Stopped using halfway through subscription because it just got too hard.

Has this been added yet? It's pretty essential for Elementary/Primary schools...
I can "replicate" a class on one day, but I have to type the lesson into the first class of the day and the next one is left blank....but I can't push to it obviously...it's sort of just a placeholder without typing. Not good. -

Any approximate ETA on this?

It is really cumbersome to have 2 different classes for the same group just because we meet twice a day. I tried the "Add a Class" option last year but we needed to do it every cycle. I'm hoping this is fixed soon because both work arounds aren't optimal.

I have the same class multiple times on the same day and needed to create another class in order to set it up. I can't extend or bump as easily.

I would like to be able to schedule 2 separate classes in a day without creating a new class or adding an extra class.
Creating a new class breaks the flow of "bump" and "extend" option.
Creating an extra class requires for me to add the same class every week. Thanks for your consideration.

This is really essential for me also. I give english support lessons and often I am in the same classes or teaching the same children more than once in a day. Please fix this!

please add an option for one class being taught at different times of the day (i.e. morning and then in the afternoon).
Thank you

I have commented on an old thread but there has been no action. So I'm starting this one. I need to be able to schedule more than one class in a day. I often see the same class twice a day. The manual add is annoying when it's a permanent class. Many people would appreciate this. There must be a simple solution to this?
