is it possible to add another category - events is great but what about meetings and another category to document parent contact/phone calls/meeting

I use the planbook.com on my tablet and it would be nice to be able to add an alert (alarm) for each class period. My school does not have a bell system, having that alert as a reminder would be great

I love your product and this year, i find that my lessons are more effective. I can't wait to use this product again next year, for all my lessons will just need to be adapted. Your tab on reflections helps me focus for the next lesson and allows me to leave reminders for what to change or do differently next year. Thank you all for making this planning tool.

It would be great if when in weekly or monthly views we could also add an area for time specific notes like overarching themes, weekly learning targets, or a list of things to prep for that week.

I agree! I am a special education teacher and I thought I would be able to use the notes section as a place to record IEP goals and then have those goals listed every Monday (or whatever day) as a quick reference while I am planning. This would eliminate me having to switch back and forth between my IEPs and planbook.com.

I have inserted all of my goals in the notes section on the first day of school, so my classroom teachers know what they are. (Yes, they also get paper copies of the IEP summary, but we all know they will soon be misplaced.) I wish I could copy the goals weekly and either make them available for classroom teachers to import or allow me to export them into their plans.

Be able to select "Notes" for plan book BUT be able to minimize or maximize them on the page! PLEASE!

It would be great to add a note pad for each day. You can put the icon right next to the date.

I would love to see the ability to track parent communication each day, where I could make notes, but print it or save a PDF of my communication at the end of the school year.

Also, in Virginia, teachers must now document seven "Professional Standards" throughout the year. It would be great if in the notes section, I could jot a quick note of the professional standards that I may do on a daily basis, and again, print or save as a PDF at the end of the year as documentation.

I would like this type of notes as well. I have my "to do" list in order of date or importance, but it is lengthy. If I could have post it type notes, I could place them on dates I need them done.

I would like a 6th column so I can state all the centers in my room and then weekly add the materials/theme. Would work for 4k, preschool, guided reading centers, and guided math centers
