  1. Problem with standards

I accidentally clicked on a standard I didn't need for that lesson. In the previous version, you could just click it again before you hit apply, and it would "un"highlight. In this Beta version, when I clicked on the standard to unselect it, it remained highlighted. I clicked on it several more times and when I hit apply, that standard was listed multiple times under my standards tab. I like the old way where you could unselect by clicking on it again before you hit reply.

  3. offer a way to decrease the font of the standards

I really would like to use the standards, but I really like to have my plans print out on 1 page. When I put the standards in, it takes up too much room. I suggest creating a way where you could change the font size of the standards.

To develop a bi-weekly schedule, click the Go To button, select School Year, and set Classes are scheduled to 2 weeks. You can then update your class teach days for each of the two weeks. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at support@planbook.com

    Thanks,

  6. Standards not Printing

printing off my lesson plans for the week and I notice that I can't get my state standards to print. We HAVE to have them on our lesson plans. They show that they are there but do not print out. We have a GAPPS review coming on Wednesday and I NEED those to be on my plans. Thanks!

Printing standards has been fixed, AND we have added the ability to print ONLY Standard IDs. On the Print Options page, check “Standard IDs Only” to not have the descriptions printed.

  7. fix the "email link" option

When I emailed my direct student link to myself, it sent the one with my email address in the link and that did not work for opening the page. When I copied the shorter link directly from the "share" settings page, it worked.

We’ve fixed the email link to now send the correct link, although still have issues getting our mail transport to work consistently, will keep you posted on this.

  8. Allow black/white printing

I like that you have added an option for black and white printing, but it still comes out looking like it was trying to print a color copy - very pixelated. A clean grey and white copy would be much easier to read. Thanks!

All major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari) now provide spell check capabilities as part of their standard functions.

  10. why isn't there a way to go back to how you originally had your plan set up?

I tried bumping lessons for standardized testing and when I realized I went too far there was no way for me to go back to what I had originally done. I have to manually redo it ALL.

You can use the DELETE function to remove an extra lesson AND shift all your lessons back one day. If you BUMP too far, simply right click on the extra blank day, and press DELETE

  12. standards

The standards are not changing when I change them. The new area is changing and it says it is loading, but the standards themselves are staying with the previous setting.

  14. not allow the page to log out so quickly--or notify me when the page has been logged out.

I was logged out after about an hour but didn't realize it--started writing plans and lost my work because I had been logged out.

We have bumped the session timeout to 4 hours, and added the ability to log back in WITHOUT losing your current work.

  15. re: EXTEND feature

EXTEND feature - I have used this often in the past. I tried it today and it appears to simply "bump" into the next lesson plan slot, getting rid of it. It did not extend all of the lessons and move them forward. I used the feature twice and therefore, I lost two lesson plans that were beyond.

I will try it again, but this feature seems to have changed. I like the old way better!
