  1. Open one subject for the week

    It would be so much more efficient to be able to type in all of my plans for one subject for the week rather than having to click on every single day separately. I would love for the subjects to open up like a table of sorts and be able to keep typing my plans for the entire week for that subject. There's a lot of time wasted having to continually click on every day every subject.

  2. Option to hide Google Classroom items

    It would be great to hide the assignments from Google Classroom when I"m trying to unclutter my screen while I'm working on my plans.

  3. To Do and Notes should generate a symbol

    A symbol at the marked day or class for a to-do list or note.
    The idea is that you see that there is a note or to-do, even if the list itself if being clicked away.

  4. Sort students by first or last name

    It would be nice to be able to switch back and forth, because when I'm entering data into the grade book, some of the sites I use are by first name and some are by last. If I can sort them in Planbook, I can just go down the list rather than jump around.

  5. archive lesson

    When you click the down arrow for lesson actions instead of just having delete lesson as an option it would be nice if "archive lesson" was an option and it would then shift the lesson into the lesson bank.

  6. DD/MMM/YY Date format

    Allow dates to be displayed with a DD MMM YYYY format. For example, 12 Dec 2020, 1 Jan 2021. Because dates are seen in DD/MM and MM/DD formats in different places, not just in this service, allowing abbreviations for months clears up the confusion.

  9. Organize links to videos and other material

    When adding the lesson, have a separate area to put the links. There are times I want to go back to a link, but I have to scroll through weeks of plans before finding the link. Have a way to create a link database. Links to YouTube, etc..

    Accessible under the 'Go To' section, so teachers can record behaviour details etc. without it being visible on the home page.

  11. Attendance In each Group?

    Is there a way to embed your attendance in each lesson or group? I have my planbook set up for intervention groups. And instead of having to click add attendance in the drop down for each group, do my students just show up?

  13. allow substitutes to view google events

    When giving the link for a substitute to use, it would be helpful if our google events would still show up for them to see. For instance, I have google meets linked to my planbook, which show up when I bring up our schedule, but they would not show up with the substitute link. I want my staff or a sub to be able to use these links and show the events as well.

  14. Generate reports from multiple schools.

    Search for keywords or pull up reports across multiple schools in a division to see how often teachers are incorporating technology into their lessons (as an example).

  16. Print without a page break after header

    When I print a lesson that covers more than a single page the header for that class is on one page but the lesson does not start until the next page. Essentially, thee is an entire page for just the header and the rest is blank. The actual lesson does not have a header, which is confusing, especially for subs.

  17. allow attachments after each section of a lesson

    Up until the school year 2020-21 it was possible to attach a document at the end of each section. You could attach a worksheet in homework or post notes in the notes sections. Please bring this feature back.

  19. Show Google Drive Starred

    When I access my Google Drive I always have to pick through my folder tree beginning at the highest level. It would be nice if I could view and access my starred folders.

  20. Color code grade overview

    The gradebook should have a customizable option to color code the grades based on percentages. Example: if a grade is below 70% the box with the points should be red, if the grade is between 70% and 80% the box should be yellow. This would help identify students who struggled with a lesson at a glance in the gradebook.
