  1. Listing the 8 Mathematical Practices in addition to the standards.

    As I understand it, the mathematical practices are at the heart of instruction and student understanding. We've had extensive training on identifying what practices are evident within a lesson and/or concept. As I plan I keep the mp in mind- thought it would be neat to be able to include them along with the standards.

  3. print standards ID horizontally

    Printing the standards ID horizontally would save space, especially when printing. I try to get my lessons to turn in to administrators on 2 pages or less.

    I wish you could underline, bold, highlight, change font size, etc on lesson entries.

  5. be able to minimize the details of lesson AND print lessons

    When I have I sub I would like to have all the little details typed in. When I need to print it out, I would like to "hide" the little details about routines and just send my Principal the Language Arts, Math, and Social Studies Lessons. I would like my lessons to be printable to give to my Prinicipal or to a student that was absent.

  13. It would be good if one could enter the lesson number as well as the time of the lesson.

    Teachers tend to think of period 1, period 2 etc, rather than the actual start time of a lesson.

  19. Increase timeout of login

    I keep my online planbook visible throughout the day to view and sometimes modify on-the-fly. It often "times out" after a short time and I am unable to edit or add lessons after it has sat for only a couple hours. I then have to log in again in the middle of an edit and sometimes the edit is lost in the process.

    Could you have an option to "keep me logged in" for the day?
