Save printing options
Pre-set printing options. I have to have very detailed lesson plans, so I use them in class daily. I print the day view for one day, which means selecting view, deselecting the standards, materials, etc., choosing the range, etc. etc. Have a quick print print the next day's lesson, lesson only, and done. Or, have a programable set of options to customize. I appreciate the flexibility, but it also sometimes means having to wade through many options to get something precise. When I do this 180 times a year, that option would be great!
Printing options are now saved, even when you logout! Do not hesitate to contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions. Thanks!

Any updates? This would be a major time saver!

I see the "Planned" date as June 02, 2016. Today is 9/9/2016. I cannot find this option. Is it available yet?

Instead of having to choose Week/Class/Day, Portrait/Landscape, Print Items, Print week on one/two pages, etc. I'd like to save my preferences as a default

It would be nice if the print menu would hold the previous selections each time. It is tedious to click each item every time I want to print when I want the same format & items every week.

I print only a few of items that come pre-checked, so I spend a lot of time unchecking the other items. If you could toggle to uncheck all and then click on the items you want to print it would save time. Even better if you could save the print options you used the last time you printed.

When I want to print out the day's lessons, I only want a little info and have to un-check a lot of boxes.
Thank you. -

I LOVE your program very, very much, so this is just an idea. When I went to print my lesson plans to turn in for the year, I keep having to reset the dates and what I want printed and sometimes I forget something and have to redo all of the settings. So, it would be nice if it remembered the last settings on the print screen.

I would like to have a button to unselect all print items. As I am updating my class schedule, I would like to see what the new schedule, in PDF format, looks like without unselecting unnecessary items one by one, in order to view my new schedule. Thank you

Could you include options for printing that reduce the number of steps needed to print by class? I print my weekly lessons because I do not always have internet access and would like to be able to generate the printed documents by class in fewer steps.
