I really wish they would add altered schedules! We have special schedules for PD days, half days, and delayed start. It would be great to be able to automatically switch the times that day with one button--this would save so much time! Since we have PD every Friday, each week I have to click on every single Friday class and change it to custom time. :-(

This would be REALLY helpful. We have a rotating drop schedule, but sometimes (such as on the last day of the quarter, or during state mandated testing days) we run an alternate schedule. I can use the cycle schedule, but the days on the program don't accurately reflect what our school is doing and I can't seem to change it day by day.

This piggy backs multiple schedules. It would be great to be able to click a button and have a set altered time schedule be automatically applied to all classes. We've had several two hour delays that effect our whole schedule. I would love to be able to click a button and have the two-hour delay schedule automatically update rather than have to go in and alter each class time every day we have a delay.

I would agree. We currently have a week with two half days due to report cards. It would be nice to have this option.

In the event of a half day or two-hour delay, there should be a way to save that schedule format somewhere so that I don't have to go through, class-by-class, day-by-day to change the class times every time one of these events occurs. In our area, it happens a lot (mostly because of weather), and would be nice if we could have a whole-day template to plug in for the whole day! Thanks :)

I would like to be able to add an event that will go from 2:00-3:30 (for example a pep rally) that will cause my classes to be canceled for that day.
We also have early dismissals where I would like to add the event and not have to go in and manually delete the classes for that day.

I would like to add only a half day of no school due to PD once per month when students arrive later than normal.

Have the option to change times on a multiple date basis not just a day to day. For example, we have had many early release days for heat/temperature which completely changes my schedule. I wish I could have changed the times for the whole week, instead I had to do it each day individually.

Similar to a half day, my school has early release Mondays every other week. On those days, the schedule shifts dramatically not only with start/end times, but also the order of the classes. It would be super helpful to have an option to have a modified schedule along with no school days.

For example, on a day there is a two hour delay, I would like to choose the two hour delay schedule and it rearranges and changes the times of each class as I have set. This would be much easier than changing each class time individually.

My district has half days occasionally that are not part of our regular A,B,C,D,E rotation. It would be nice to have the choice of subjects to plan for in the morning while canceling out the rotation that effects specialists.

We have early release days, where school is out just after lunch. It would save a lot of time to be able to hit the "early release" button and it would automatically cancel all scheduled classes after that time.

Be able to present or add to the master schedule with a bank of any "day" or schedule your school has: "1-day, 2-day, A-day, B-Day, all periods day, Midterms, PARCC, or custom day, etc" and provide the ability to right click and change a day to that schedule at any time. Include the option to restart the rotating schedule or make it a one-time thing.

Add the option to add in a "special schedule" . This would be great for those days when the regular schedule isn't followed and children will not be attended the normal classes, like field trip days or holiday party days.

An alternate schedule to be used if there is an early out and the class times and order change.

This would be fantastic. We have act 80 days where the kids are coming in on a two hour delay schedule, and I live in PA, so we'll definitely have 1 and 2 hour delays then as well. We also have certain days where we have anti-bullying meetings and it is seriously a pain in the behind to change all the times around all the time.

Much like an "event", it would be cool to have the option to instantly change the entire schedule template of a specific day. We often have "party days" or "assembly" days that are always at the end of the school day. As such, some of of our periods are shortened. To be able to swap out the normal schedule template for a "party schedule" template with a single click would be great!

We have 1/2 days that are in no specific order (they are not every 2 weeks) it would be great to select days that have a specific schedule.

I would also love this option for when there are snow delays or an assembly where I only miss part of my day.
