Email subscription expiration soon
When I got to school this morning and opened my planbook there was a pop-up message that said my subscription had expired and I could not edit my planbook anymore. My first reaction was to panic since I needed my planbook TODAY!! I went ahead and quickly entered my credit card info (luckily I had a credit card on me!) and then I got to thinking....why wasn't I notified in advance that my subscription was about to expire? The whole thing seemed rather abrupt. Then I started wondering if my planbook had been hacked and someone had just tricked me into giving my credit card number to them. I went back and searched my email inbox for a receipt from the last time I paid the subscription and I could not find one. Don't you send out email notices that verify when someone has renewed their subscription? You should.

Good news! All teachers will now receive an email reminder one week before their planbook subscriptions expires. Hope that helps, any questions please us know. Thanks!

It was marked as planned in June 2016.
It is December 2019.How hard is it to add this feature?!

YES! The same thing happened to me one day - only I didn't have time to get a credit card out and go through the whole registration process before I had to get class started. Very inconvenient - I had expected to get a notification on the screen that my subscription would expire the next week or something.

Agreed! I've been using Planbook for several years and every spring I find myself surprised when one day I log on at school and can't work on my plans! Very surprising that there's no warning/notification.

When logging in have a popup notification display letting you know that payment will be due in a week or two.
