Add option for private links
Sometimes the lesson resources I need are links and I would like them to be private so students cannot view them (in case they have an answer key at the end). Please add an option under attachments to post a link that can be checked "private"

Public View - All teacher plans at a school
Allow admins to create an account that can easily see any teacher's plans. This would be helpful for our behavior campus. The teacher at the campus could quickly and easily pull up any teacher's plans. The students at the behavior campus changes frequently.

Lesson Editor - auto size tabs to remove scrolling
Design the tabs on the Lesson Plan popup window so that you don't have to scroll to see all of them. It would be easier and quicker if I didn't have to scroll to get to the Attachments tab.

Enter No School days when adding new year
In the old version of Planbook, when I started a new school year, the Events section would have some holidays that all US schools would have off, like Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc. Now there is nothing. I would like to see the option of copying Events from one year to the next. Then I would only have to go in and change dates and not retype everything.

Allow a template to be copied so that various versions of the same template can be created.

Bump entire day backwards
You can currently push an entire day forward or push individual classes back a day, but you can't push an entire day back.

Add sound to event notifications
I would like to be able to set-up alarms or reminders that notify me of the time using a SOUND. We have a rotating schedule, which means our specialist fall on different days of the week. A sound reminder would help me to remember that I need to be somewhere at that time.

All Administrators Can View Messages to Teachers
Please provide the capability so that anyone with administrators' permissions are able to see all messages posted to a teacher. All administrator need access to messages a teacher has received in Planbook.

Allow "Hide Detail" in Reminders Panel
Can notes have titles and be shrunk? I like the notes section, but I would really like to be able to see a title and then have to click on it to see the whole note. Otherwise, my long notes just get in the way. Also, be able to make up my own "classes" for notes, that are just notes, like "books to order", "websites to check".

Copy classwork to multiple classes
I teach multiple sections of the same subject. For every class, I have to create an assignment/assessment that is identical. Having an option to copy would be great.

Add 2 column view for single day
when I print my lessons using the 2 column option, I can usually fit it all on one page, but I would love this as a setting I can choose just when I'm viewing a single day as well. I often project a student friendly version of my planbook and it would be great for a view option that would let me show them the whole day at a glance without having to scroll. Right now, there's a lot of wasted "white" space on the right hand side of my plans.

Add a default line spacing option
Right now the line spacing is automatically set at 1.4. This takes up space in the box which means you have to scroll to see the whole day. Every time the lesson is typed, the line spacing needs to be changed. There should be a way to set the line spacings permanently, just like you can with the font and size of the font, so it doesn't have to be done every time.

Performance Report - Select group of students
I have access to ALL of the students at my school who are on Planbook, but I only want to create a performance report for my 24 students. I want to be able to see how each student is doing in every class. If I want to see their overall report (their grades in every class), I have to select one student at a time, which is very inefficient.

Allow assessments that do not affect grades
There needs to be an option to make an assignment gradable but not affect students' overall grade. For example: formative activities, reading levels, etc.

Grades - Provide an option for retakes
There needs to be an option to allow for updated scores for retakes, while still allowing you to see their score for the first attempt.

Add drop down menu for Title
Add a drop down menu for Title that recognizes previous titles. If we use the title more than one day, it would be quicker to add.

Allow for a "cycle" print format
I teach on a 6 day cycle and I can view it like that but would like to print them in that format:)

Make lesson available/unavailable to copy
Add an option to make individual lessons available/unavailable for copying. This would help give time for the lesson creator to revise individual lessons or complete the full week before sharing with colleagues.

Calculate total hours/min of class time
I was wondering if there was a way from the Lesson Plans/Lists to have an exact count (minutes) of the number of hours of lessons for a particular class/school year based on our PlanBook? We are supposed to have a certain number of hours to teach our program and I've been finding myself calculating manually class per class to see if we actually get those hours by the end of June... we have blocks of various lenghts depending on the day, so I was hoping Planbook had this ability to help??

Attach class to term
I need to be able to attach a class to a term. I have rotating groups of students and it's frustrating to select the term and still have to wade through to find the classes that fall within that term.
