Add a Cycle Counter
Count number of cycles. I teach on a rotating schedule that repeats every 3 days (Day A, Day B, Day C, then repeat). I would like the counter to count the number of cycles, not the number of total school days.

Behavior/bathroom tracker
I teach middle school and I would love to be able to easily click and track bathroom visits. I would also love a place in the student section to write notes about behavior (apologies if this is already in there).

Include due date on Homework
I'm coming back to this again since I posted it before. It refers specifically to homework, not assignments, and the benefit is for me, not the students (though it could benefit them too, I guess). I would really love to be able to have one tab - a homework tab, which can include a drop down to select a future lesson and tie the hw to that date, so when I get to the lesson, it's there for me to look at. - perhaps the whole tab would repopulate or maybe only a link back to that previous lesson to…

Allow multiple classes in List view
I would like it if when selecting "List" in the Plans menu I could select more than one class.

Color Coded / Grouping Teachers
Allow administrators to group and/or color code teachers by grade level and/or content areas. This will make reviewing plans for consistency and proper pacing easier for administrators.

Add Breakfast/Lunch to Attendance Tracking
under "Attendance" add "Breakfast" and "Lunch". We have to keep track of the numbers served. (By hand on another piece of paper)

Limit what displays for Templates
I wish there were a way to have items in the template, but only the top line showed in the daily view. Especially for the Standards, it would be nice to know I have something in there, but I don't need to view the entire list of Standards every day.
Perhaps the option to 1) Show all 2) Show First Line / hide rest unless opened.1 vote -
Save "Stack View" as default
I wish I didn't have to start out in tab view and then switch to stack view. It'd be great if we could just start out in Stack View if that was our preferred view for our planner. Thanks!

Select color for Standards by Framework/Subject/Category
color code standards by category/list for those of us who use multiple lists (ex: TEKS, library standards)

Integration with Google Tasks
The current integration of connecting Google Events to Planbook is great. I would suggest adding a feature to allow integrating Google Tasks.

Add warning message if a "duplicate" copy
Teachers copy the same plans over and over for the same week not realizing it has already copied. If there are plans already copied in that subject area for that week, there should be a notification so they don't copy it again. This bumps lessons forward for weeks without teachers realizing.

Use Class Color for Lesson Editor Box
On the Plans page, I would love for each Lesson Editor (now blue) box to match the assigned color for each different class. Every time I'm working with a different-colored class, but the blue box pops up, I think I'm in the wrong class!

Print option - Black borders on cells
Having black borders around each cell/class/subject when the page is printed would make them stand out better, sort of like with Google sheets. Perhaps it could be an option in settings so they could be customized.

View/Print Attendance for specific date range
Be able to run a report that shows attendance for a range of dates. This would help with interventions and tracking events that impact a students attendance.

Add topic as the lowest level of component rather than stay at lesson level for the class
I would like to be able to add multiple topics in a lesson plan instead of putting the content as a text. This is similar to project management where the tasks are tracked instead of sprints. And we can track tasks and the project timeline adjusts to the changes in individual tasks themselves.
So in lesson planning, it would mean being able to add/move topic level lessons to plan in a class lesson time so I don't have to manually plan the topic/lessons every time to fit in the semester schedule. The software does it for me - either adjust…

Notes for the day
A small area below the date where I can put in short notes for the day regardless of class.
Things like
"colleague X ill – substitute"
or
"meeting at 3 pm"
"Parent meeting"
etc.
It should be visible at all times, unobtrusive but clear.0 votesAllow Notes and To Do to who at top/bottom of each day
