Allow units to be assigned to multiple classes
When I design a unit, I can only attach it to one class. I teach elementary specials, and I apply the same unit to multiple hours and days of the week. For example, I have five different first grade classes. They won't stay on the same exact schedule of lessons throughout the year. Eventually, they'll have the same units. Instead of rewriting that unit, I would like to apply to multiple classes.

To assign a single unit to multiple classes, we recommend that you create a Unit Lesson Bank, and then LINK the new unit to your classes. You can link the new unit to as many classes as you’d like, and any changes you make to the lessons in the unit bank will automatically show in all classes with the link!

Allow the same class to be in different units. For example, I want my Am rotation class lesson to be in my Color unit and in my Number unit.

AWESOME!! It would be great to create units and then assign them to any class. I don't want to create 4 of the exact same unit for each of my classes.

When creating or editing a unit, assessment, assignment, or lesson add the functionality to add to multiple classes. It would be a huge time saver to not have to add the same content multiple times. I can not give my admin generic planning items, each one must be class specific but at the same time there are common elements which could be duplicated to the other classes to save time.

I teach several sections the same unit and it seems redundant to copy a unit just to assign it to another class. This would allow flexibility to adjust units one time instead of opening multiple identical units and making the same adjustments.

YES!! I haven't been using the unit function because I would need to create two separate, but identical units to link to the two sections of fourth grade math I teach each day. But it would be a great tool if it could be linked to more than one class.

I would like to teach the same unit to multiple classes. If we could have functionality to applying a unit to multiple classes I would save a lot of time.

I would love to be able to add multiple classes to units. I integrate many of my units with writing, reading, social studies/science, etc. As of right now, you can only add one class to the unit.

I do mainly thematic / correlated / unit studies and would like to select lessons from MORE THAN ONE class on a unit study. This issue may be a deal breaker for me unless I can find a way to do that.

I agree, I ran into this problem and have been trying to find ways around it. It would be great to have a option to check which classes we want to apply the units to rather than just a drop down menu to only select one. That way we could pick 1, 2, or 7. It should matter. This would be very helpful.

I teach several grades in the same subject area and I would like to have my unit plan accessible to multiple classes, instead of making the same unit plans over and over for the same grade. Is this possible to do? OR if it already exists, how can I do that?

I agree. I teach the same units to multiple grades and right now I have to do the same thing for K, 1, and 2 instead of being able to make it all one unit. I have to make a separate lesson for each grade and assign it to that grade. It would also be better if you can create the lessons within the unit page and then pull from the unit to assign it to specific days. Right now it is very hard to plan out the whole unit when you can only enter lessons on individual days. Often, I do not know when I will get to teach it, but I would like to plan out the lessons for a unit in advance.

I teach multiple sections of the same class. To use the unit feature, I currently have to create three different units for the three different sections. The content is the same, but the software requires a separate unit for each class, so I have three copies of the exact same unit. I'd like to create a unit and apply it to more than one class.
