Add additional undo capabilities
Add an undo button that gives you a drop down of several things that you have done recently. Be sure to include imports, no class days, deletions, etc.
Our new Change History feature offers a comprehensive view of all actions you take on your plans, and allows you to UNDO the most recent changes!
To access your Change History, click "User Settings" > "Change History".

I thought that you used to have an "undo" button, but I do not see it with this new format. I could have used that today. :-)

Permanent Undo Button - one that allows you to undo multiple mistakes you've made, like a Ctrl+z ...

It would be great to have a "history" feature that sort of kept track of what you had done. This would be great when for example you move a lesson to a different date and it doesn't show up there. You could go and see where it ended up rather than having to recreate the entire lesson.

I know there is an undo button for immediately following an action, but if it takes you a second to realize what you've done it's gone. It would be nice to have a "trash can" of deleted lessons that could be restored.

An undo button would be amazing! There have been far too many times when I've lost plans because my computer shut down or I accidentally hit the wrong button, etc.

I lost a few lesson I had written because I was trying to move it around and I believe they were over written instead of being bumped. I LOVE this program but this is the one thing that frustrates me the most. An undo button similar to Microsoft Word would be awesome. What you have now is ok, but once you do another action, the option to undo is gone.

An undo button for those of us who are learning and accidentally override a lesson. It says below it was added but I have not seen it

Undo-ing within the typing is not enough. There needs to be a function that UN-Does Major actions to my whole Planbook. I am clearly not the only one who needs this functionality! UN-do button on the Plans screen to UnDo the last action, whatever it was. Period. Restoring the last version of the plans

YES! exactly! I have lost so much time re-doing lost planning! It makes using this site very frustrating!
UNDO button for any & all major actions!

I frequently loose lesson plans completely. I wish there was a button to restore my lessons to the last saved status, or just an undo button, similar to every word processing program ever used. OOPS I accidentally deleted that... UNDO!

I agree. Losing this information is frustrating.

I see that there's a way to undo some changes, but I just inserted a teammates lessons into the wrong class and it deleted 3 days of lesson plans I had written. I'm not a happy camper right now. This is a feature that has been requested for several years now, I see.

Have an undo button for when we do something wrong....

There is some opportunity to undo changes, but it appears to be very limited. Could this be expanded to other areas if we accidentally delete something?

This way if you make several errors, i.e. deleting and shifting a month of lessons, you could revert your planbook back to the previous day before the changes were made. The undo option only works when you've realized right away that you've made an error.

When importing classes from another teacher, accidents and mistakes can occur because of clicking dates or subjects to import into. When a mistake happens, everything is lost and changed to the imported class stuff. There needs to be a way to undo the import to go back to what you had typed.
