Add lesson title to CSV import
When using a csv file to import lessons, the Title field is not filled in.

I see that this is listed as completed and that "Lesson Title" is the last column on the sample csv, but the title still aren't importing.

I notice that this has been planned two years ago, but hasn't been completed yet. Do we have an estimated date of completion? This would be a fantastic addition!
