Display Week Number option
I enjoy having the option to display what school day it is. My district provides some of our pacing with week numbers. Would it be possible to have the option to display the week number as well somewhere on the page?
You can now track the current day/week, as well as the days/weeks remaining, in your school year!
To view the day/week counter in your plans, click "User Settings" > "Display Settings" > "General" and select "Show School Day Counter". On your Plans page, you will see a counter below the date header for each day. To switch between Day and Week mode, click the "Day" dropdown and make your selection.

Am I able to change the day counter to default to the week counter? Everytime I change weeks it goes back to "day".
I also agree that it should NOT include full weeks without school!

Would it be possible for the Week # displayed to not count weeks without school? For example, our Fall Break weeks were included in the count which alters the actual number of weeks of school.

I'm looking for this and have tried both in the teacher and admin view and don't see the school day counter option.

I'm really confused by the fact that we don't have a week counter. School Day Counter is useless. People have been complaining about this for 5 years. It can't be that hard to manage. Why not do it? We're all paying for this service. I've been doing so for 5 years. Would it not be helpful to heed our calls?

It says this is planned but that's from 4 years ago! I find it annoying constantly having to refer to my calendar and count the weeks to figure out what week number it is. Would be so much easier if we could label our weeks 1-10 as there are 10 weeks to a term where I am.

Why does a week's holiday get counted as a school week? this is causing problems for me.

I like to name the skill we are working on that week, or denote special event weeks (holiday week, last week of school, etc.) At the very least, being able to number which week of school it is would be very helpful.

I agree with those below. I love the school day counter but would very much like to have a school week counter. It would definitely help with my planning.

Going on 18 months since it was 'planned'... is this still coming? Would be very useful!

Yes! Although a day counter is helpful, I would prefer a week counter since I plan by week.

A week counter is more useful to me than a day counter because I plan according to weeks

Allow for the weeks of the school year to be shown just like days of the year. That is how the planning is done in my school.

I love PLANBOOK! I especially love that your team continually updates its lesson planner based on the needs and feedback from your customers. The only other thing I would love to have is a week counter and the ability to view the changing week number under the display of the date and school day counter, as my school paces its curriculum by week. Thank you.

There is a "school day counter", but for me a "school week counter" would be more useful. Is is somehow possible to implement that?

I would like for it to show weeks across the whole year instead of across the month (i.e I want it to say "Week 3" for this week, the third week of school, instead of Week 1, the first week of September). This would make my planning easier.

A school week counter would be super useful. Our midterms are usually in week nine and finals in week 18 of the semester and it would be super helpful to see at a glance where I am in relation to those.

At my school weeks are named Week 1 week 2 etc. i would like to be able to add this to my plan rather than just relying on the date view
