this program is too slow! I want to be able to click and go and all this loading time is wasting my time!

Sorry for the difficulties. It may be that there is a poor internet connection or that something is out of sync in your browser memory. To clear this up, we recommend the following three steps.
1. Reboot your computer, this will flush out your browser DNS settings.
2. After you open your browser, press Ctrl-Shift-Del to clear your browser history.
3. Go to planbook.com, and before you sign in press Ctrl-F5 (Command + shift + R for Mac users) to refresh your browser memory cache. After you sign in, press Ctrl-F5 one more time.

Cannot log in at all and must have plans done for tomorrow .

I have done this several times to both home & classroom computer. NOT COMPLETED.
