add space below the date window to enter schedule rotation title
I have reviewed other online lesson books and planbook.com is so far the best, but it falls short for high schools with multiple schedules. For instance, my high school uses a 3-day rotation and the number of classes meeting depends on the day. For example, we have Block A (periods 1-4, 7), Block B (periods 1-2, 5-6, 7), Block C (periods 3-6, 7). Period 7 never meets on Tuesday and on special schedules. Let's say our first day of school begins on a Monday. Thus, Monday is Block A, Tuesday is Block B, Wednesday is Block C, Thursday is Block A, Friday is Block B and the following Monday is Block C the rotation continues until before the week of final exams. The rotation is never broken despite the holidays and pupil free days. Yeah, it takes a couple of weeks to learn the rotation.
Planbook.com would be even better for teachers with rotating schedules if we had had an additional entry line below the date to type in our block name. Students always ask me "what block do we have today"? I just look at my calendar and tell them the block name.
Thank you for reading my suggestion.

To create a 3 day cycle schedule, click Go To → School Year. You can also name each cycle day as needed and this will show in your week view below the date. Please feel free to contact us at support@planbook.com with any questions. Thanks!
