Make it possible to have a rotating schedule
In our district we don't teach on a five day Monday-Friday schedule. We teach on an 8 day schedule, so for example, we might teach 1 class once every 8 days, and another class every day. In other buildings there is a DAY A and a Day B. It is very difficult to customize a schedule such as this in planbook and it becomes too cumbersome and time consuming to manage.

If you click Go To → School Year, you can set your schedule to be a cycle of 8 days (and name the days as appropriate). Please email us at support@planbook.com if you have any questions.

Hello! We teachers in the Middle Grades are having a Week A and a Week B Schedule so I need help step by step how to set up each week. Week B will be starting August 26 Monday--Friday,
then the next week September 3- Tuesday-Friday will be different block teaching.
An example for next week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday I will teach 7th Grade and 6th Grade Social Studies
Tuesday and Thursday I will teach 8th Grade and 5th Grade Social Studies
Thank you for helping me set this up. It is a bit frustrating!
