Allow administrator to place a note on plans.
As an administrator I would sign teacher plans weekly and often leave notes. I like planbook.com so far but find it frustrating to track down the teacher to provide feedback that I could simply have noted on the plan page.

Good news! We have added the ability for administrators to provide comments and feedback on teacher plans! Simply click More → Comments to add comments for a teacher.
